Hello everyone,

It's been a while! Hope everyone is okay and healthy. I must admit, I haven't been active during Covid, especially not regarding graphics, but hopefully this'll start giving me a new boost of inspiration.

Anyway, for a long while, I actually wanted to do something with the feedback I got on some of my covers. So in preperation for this little project, In searched throughout my entries to find all the feedback I got. Of course some might have gone lost due to removal/replacing of parts, but I did my best to remember and collect everything.

Resources will be I mentioned at the end.

Some of the covers fall under premades. You can find these in their respective chapter mentioned here.

First Remake

This first premade is a remake of one of my oldest premades. The new version can be found under the premade chapter: The Golden Prince. Both the old and new version are shown side by side.

Updated cover 2

For this one I lost the exact comment, since I removed the single chapter. I do remember it had to do with the collourscheme.

So for this I went to my best friend called Pinterest and searched for a fitting collourscheme.

I decided against a full redraw, and luckily I did have a file where all the drawn layers were separated. Only for some reason the sun was incomplete, but I could fix that. Plus, it missed the authors names, so I added that as well. I'm not 100 % happy with the placement tho.

I do feel more at peace looking at this one compared to the old one

I do feel more at peace looking at this one compared to the old one. The sun was indeed too bright. Please remember that on mobile the collours are more saturated than on pc or laptop.

The two versions next to eachother:

I didn't add the glitches tho (I had to add them again, since In the glitch file all the layers were merged together), cause eventhough it adds more background info/gives the sci-fi vibe, it didn't felt right to do so

I was thinking of another glitch effect, but couldn't find the tutorial for it. Maybe I'll try it out once I redownload Instagram again.
