Lily's POV
—————

A blaring piano noise started playing in the room, and I groaned at the noise and Andrea reached over me to her side table to find her phone.

"Sorry, it's my alarm. Let's ignore it and go back to sleep." She snuggled back into me.

"No, let's get up. We have to go to school." I started sitting up and rubbing my eyes.

"No, we don't have to. You went through a lot yesterday and we should just stay her today." She persisted, her eyes still closed.

"I didn't think I'd ever see the day where you would not want to go to school, voluntarily, and when you were not sick." I joked.

"I know, but yesterday was a big step for us and we should just relax today." She mumbled into my chest.

"I never thought I'd say this, but I actually want to go. It would help me take my mind off of it." I pointed out.

"If you really want to we can." She replied, and I started getting up.

We both got dressed and ready for the day, and went down the stairs. The aroma of pancakes immediately entered my nostrils, as we turned around the corner into the dining room.

"Oh sweet mother of god." I muttered under my breath in awe at the amount of food on the table.

"Good morning girls! Lily, I didn't know what you wanted so I made as much as I could. There's blueberry pancakes, chocolate pancakes, regular pancakes." She started listing off.

"Mama." I said, but she ignored me.

"I know how much you love scrambled eggs, so I made plenty of it." She rambled on.

"Mama!" I raised my voice and I finally caught her attention.

"Why did you make all of this? You really, really shouldn't have. You and I both know how much I love your cooking, but I can't eat all this." I motioned towards the dining table that had at least a dozen plates of food on it.

"I just wanted to make you feel better! I have sausages, bacon, french toast, waffles." She continued listing on.

"Woah, why is there a buffet?" Will asked after he walked into the room.

"It's not a buffet, it's breakfast. I also have hash browns and toast. For drinks I have orange juice, water, milk." She listed on even more foods.

"Mama, you REALLY didn't have to do all this." I emphasized on the word.

"I know, but I wanted to! Now sit down, and start eating." She pulled out a chair for herself and sat down.

We all started piling food on our plates, putting as many different foods on our plates. I ended up with sausage, pancakes, french toast, and orange juice.

We all ate as much as we possibly could, but by the time our stomaches were at full capacity, almost every plate still had food, but the piles on it were low.

"What are you gonna do with the rest of this?" Andrea asked as she took her last bite of food.

"Everyone gets some for lunch!" She got up and grabbed containers. tupperware

"Just put whatever you want for lunch in the container. Bring some for your friend too!" She passed over tupperware.

The friend she was talking about was Xavier, we had mentioned him before, but they hadn't met yet.

We put in as much food as possible into a few containers, and got extra for Xavier.

"Bye mama." Will quickly kissed Alexandra on the cheek before heading out the front door to his bicycle.
