Love Hurts (WMMAP)

Prologue

Athanasia just looked at the crowd in front of her. Her eyes teary as a noose hangs in front of her. As the guards put the noose in her neck, a desperate cry was heard.

"Please stop!" A girl with h/c hair yelled with teary eyes. "I did it" she confessed "I poisoned princess Jennette's glass"

There were a minute of silence, no one can't believe what the girl said. Claude who just looked at her with a cold gaze nodded his head and princess Athanasia was let down.

"How can you do this to me?!" Athanasia yelled as she ran towards the h/c girl. "I thought we were friends!!!"

"Enough Athanasia" Claude said "This girl must die for her sin"

"Isn't she Yn Vadeboncoeur?"

"Yes she is"

Yn just looked down at the crowd, noose placed at her neck. She saw Athanasia and was happy that she was saved. 'My death will not be in vain, you're safe now'

Her E/c eyes scan through the crown and stopped when she saw Ijekiel. He looked disappointed as they made eye contact. Even staring at death's door, Yn felt no fear as she knew Athanasia was now safe. She couldn't help but to smile.

"Why is she smiling?"

"She's crazy like her mother"

??? PoV:

I couldn't look at her. The pain in her eyes as she was forced to take the sin that she didn't commit. Why must life be so cruel? I waited for her for five hundred years and all I can do is to watch from afar as she's about to get executed. I haven't spend time with her as much as I did in her previous life. Why must you leave me like you did last time?

As the executioner pulled down the lever, the trap door on which Yn stood opened dropping her down. I kept my eyes averted from the scene...at least I tried to..

"I'll come find you in your next life my love"

"We found this woman stealing from the poor your majesty" said one guard as they brought in a girl with h/l h/c hair. Her head was down as the guards beat and dragged her to the emperor of the Obelia empire. Aeternitas.

"How are you certain that she is doing just as you said she was?" Asked a man with long black hair and red eyes. The guards flinched a the looked at him. "S-sir Lucas...?"

"You haven't answer my question, I don't like repeating myself" Lucas said as he walked towards the girl and lift her head by her chin forcing her to look at him. His red eyes were staring directly to her e/c ones. 'Such beautiful eyes, just like hers' he thought. "She uses witchcraft to do it my lord" answered the guard.

"Liar" said Lucas as he let go of the girl making her head fell down. "You found her in the market helping some children and decided to take her by force but when she refused, you beat her up until she can't talk and drag her here and give false accusations in front of the emperor"

The guard just gulped as he let go of the girl and looked at the emperor. Aeternitas was looking down at him while keeping his silent. "But you are right on one thing" Lucas spoke as everyone looked at him including the girl. "She does use witchcraft since I pursued her in her past life"

The room fell in silence as everyone was trying to process what the magician said. The h/c girl had her eyes widened as she looked at the man that stood in front of her. She had never met or seen the man until now and have no memories of what he is talking about. "I heard enough" Aeternitas said "This woman is guilty of witchcraft, she must die"
