A/n: it's been awhile, I missed u. ☹️
Richie was on his way to Y/n's house, not until Henry and his gang beat him up for the third time this week.
But this time, Richie felt so weak. He haven't eaten in days since his parents left him without any money and food.
He felt like he was about to pass out.
He wiped away the blood dripping from the side of his lip, cursing his way to the girl's house.
He climbed the tree where Y/n told him to climb up to whenever he needs her.
And there she is, peacefully reading a book on her bed while smiling lightly.
This brought a smile to Richie's bleeding bruised up face, for a moment he forgot about everything once he saw the girl.
He quietly knocked on her window, getting her attention.
She excitedly smiled and walked up to the window, her bright smile disappeared, once she saw the boy.
"oh my god-"
she quickly opened the window as she lightly held Richie.
Once Richie stepped his feet on Y/n's room, he felt like his world spun around.
He was about to faint not until Y/n caught him.
"oh my god Rich, baby-" she panicked, she carefully dragged his tired body on her bed.
Richie smiled at her, not caring at the pain his feeling right now.
"wait here, okay? I'll be back."
Richie saw the little fairy lights that brightened the girl's room, it somehow calmed him down. The sweet warming scent of her room always calmed him down too.
Y/n came back with a shit ton of medical supplies to fix Richie's busted up face, thanks to Eddie.
Y/n quietly wiped away the blood all over his face with a damped towel, until she reached his busted lip. She stared at it like it was the stars, Richie looked at why she stopped, Y/n warmly smiled at him as she held his hands.
"please be careful, for me." she whispered, caressing his knuckles as she kissed it.
"i promise, I'm sorry baby." he said kissing her forehead.
After she cleaned him up, they settled on her bed cuddling while reading random story books all night.
