It was supposed to be Y/n and Finn's graduation day.

It was supposed to be the day they both celebrate graduating together.

But some things change.

Y/n isn't graduating, she dropped out of school.

But it's for a specific reason.

Her mother had cancer, she had to look after her because it's just her that's there for her.

Thank heavens that her mother healed, Y/n was thankful.

During the times she took care of her mother, she decided to just dropout of school and just go back next year to finish her studies.

Y/n was sitting down at her boyfriend's bed as Finn went in trying to fix his polo to wear under his toga.

Y/n smiled at the sight, she stood up and helped the boy fix his polo.

"you did it." she smiled as she held his cheeks.

Finn smiled back at her, but was sad that his girlfriend isn't graduating with him.

"you know, I've always dreamed of wearing a toga and a graduation hat."

Finn's eyebrows wrinkled making her chuckle.

"it's because of High School Musical, i used to watch it alot when i was five. Dreaming about going to high school and the fun adventures i thought i was going to experience. Me dreaming about meeting a Troy Bolton and stuff. And graduating with the love of my life." Y/n said smiling sadly at the boy.

He felt his heart ache at the thought.

"but I'm glad my mom's okay now, and i got me my own Troy right here." she said as she ruffled the taller boy's hair making him smile showing his dimples.

Finn walked towards his closet, taking out his toga and graduation hat.

Y/n just looked at the boy while smiling.

"come here"

Y/n stood in front of him as he put the toga and graduation hat on Y/n smiling like a dork making her chuckle.

"there we go, Ms. Gabriella Montez." Finn said, he held her hands as he spun her around.

Y/n felt her heart flutter with millions and millions of butterflies.

The boy kissed her forehead as she hugged him.

Finn took a photo of her, smiling while doing so.

"i love you, and I'm so proud of you." Y/n said kissing his cheeks.

"i love you too, and I'm so proud of you for taking care of your mom."
