Alexander POV
I've never been so happy to see my family again. writers block is killing me I wrote that a week ago 🤦♀️ anyway let's try again :)
That one night in the hospital really sucked. I feel really bad for people who are stuck there.
Right now me and my family are sat on the sofa the clock chiming to tell us it was 11am. That's when Eliza got up. "What's wrong Eliza?"
"I just remembered I invited Theodosia and little Theo are coming round is that okay? I can cancel if you want me to" eliza.was talking so fast I could barely make out what she was saying.
I got up and held her shoulders knowing she'd probably try to pace around the room stressing herself out even more. "Hey dont worry they can still come I dont mind. I suppose I should probably go get changed if they are still coming!" I said with a smile.
Eliza just nodded her head and I went upstairs to get changed and look a bit presentable even though that's kind hard to do when you've got bandages on your arm and theres some blood seeping through, I'll probably have to change that then.
As I'm going down the stairs I realise that theres still some blood on the stairs. I grab a baby wipe from the kitchen and quickly wipe it up knowing there wouldnt be a stain because it was wood and the blood was dried up.
*time skip to 12:08 because I'm lazy*
We hear a knock on our door and Eliza immediately walks up to the door and opens it revealing Theodosia and her daughter Theo. As soon as Philip saw Theo he ran up to her and gave her a big hug and then they ran off to the toy box to go and play with some toys.
Eliza led Theodosia into the living room and there we exchanged small hellos before she asked me a question I wasnt surprised about " why do you have bandages around your arm Alex if you dont mind me asking?"
I did try wearing a hoodie so that they wouldnt see my bandages but I guess I forgot for a moment. Might aswell tell her "long story short about my childhood, it was terrible and full of deaths so naturally I developed depression from everything and yesterday me and Eliza got into a small argument and my thoughts kept racing and I didnt know what I was doing and next thing I knew I was almost dying alone like.i thought I'd always do until Eliza came here and called 911 and now I'm still here. So the bandages are to make sure the cuts dont get infected" I said that all with a small smile now thinking of how stupid it all was.
"Oh. I'm really sorry about your past Alex and I'm glad your still alive right now. I dont know how Eliza would cope with you gone." She said with a small smile that wasnt a happy one.
"I'm glad Eliza got here when she did because now I still have my beautiful wife and son to keep me happy" I say pulling Eliza closer to me and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Well are you guys hungry? I think we should start doing lunch now."
Yes this is short ok but like I said writers block is terrible
