It's been a long time since I sat down to write. If memory serves me well, one of the last things I wrote was the last letter to my first love, best friend, and, after my family, the greatest support in my life. Peter Kavinsky. It's been five years since we broke up, it was actually in my first year of college. My desire was to become a writer, but after our break-up, that desire disappeared, and with each attempt at writing, memories of him came back to me. Like a movie, a picture unfolded before my eyes when I discovered that he had received my letter, our contract, fake entertainment, and finally the most beautiful, and at the same time the most painful chapter, three beautiful fairytale years, so perfect that I came to the situation that I stop and wonder if it's true or just a figment of my imagination. Joke aside, of course, I just wanted to show you how it felt to carry the title of Peter Kavinsky's girlfriend.

Five years earlier - the first year of college

Going to North Carolina was both the best and the worst thing that ever happened to me in my life. It was hard for me to separate from my family and Peter but my life started to happen and I was indescribably excited.

When I entered the dorm I had that weird feeling in my chest that I can't describe. As if it is a combination of fear, that I will not fit in and cope, with an indescribable desire to explore and try new things, meet new people... My bedroom is on the top floor, number 1511. The room is surprisingly spacious. It has two beds, two desks and a closet right on the right side of the door. On the left side there is a bathroom, which is of average size. A small part of the room has been partitioned, in which there are two hobs and a microwave oven as well as a sink, above which there are kitchen elements intended for dishes. What made me most happy was the terrace. It is very spacious, there is a garden table with two chairs and a refrigerator in the corner. I knew right away that I would be spending most of my time here, writing and reading books as I watched the beautiful sunsets in the late afternoon and the birth of a new one at dawn. I got so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even notice when a stranger entered the room. It was a short girl, with long brown hair and big eyes.
