The festeval

"Hey little fang wake up."

"Mmm five more minutes."

"No come on."

"Mmm."

I felt a kiss on my forehead and then a flick waking me up.

"Ow."

"Get up!"

"Fine."

I let go of Bakugo and sat up only to see Karinishma just watching.

"The queen has wished to spend her birthday festival with you all day."

"Oh you should have just said so I would have gotten up sooner."

"You sleep like a fucking log!"

"Haha I guess I do sometimes. Yesterday was a little stressful you know."

"Yeah that is understandable don't listen to him. He is grumpy in the mornings."

"He is grumpy all the time."

"Hahaha true."

"We know."

"Yeah yeah. Shitty hair will escort you there I have some other stuff to do today before we leave tomorrow afternoon."

He got up out of bed and put on he's cap he walked to the door and then turned around coming back.

"Oh one more thing."

"Hmmm?"

He leaned on the bed and crashed he's lips on mine. Then he walked out without saying anything. I sat there stunned I thought that was a dream.

"You ok?"

"Oh yeah Kiri."

"You guys a thing?"

"Ummm I don't know he kissed me yesterday and didn't say anything about it so."

"Hmm."

"Should I be worried?"

"About Bakugo? No well I don't think so. He never has been interested in anyone so don't ask me."

"Hmm ok. Why does the queen want to spend her birthday with me and not the king or Bakugo?"

"I have no clue she just asked me to fetch you."

"Hmm ok."

I got up and he turned the other way so that I could change to walk to her tent. After I did we walked there as everyone around was getting ready or already celebrating. We walked in and there is the girl from yesterday that as Bakugo would probably say interrupted us. She is standing by the queen with her hands behind her back.

"Ah my dear you have arrived I am so glad you came and my son didn't try and make you stay with him."

"Hello umm yeah he said he has other stuff to do today. It's a honor that you would like me to join the festival with you."

"Oh no the honor is all mine. Now this is Hailey she is the one that found you too last night."

I felt the color leave my face. I know that she has accepted me in but I am still a little on edge.

"Oh no now don't look so frightened I can not control my son even if I wanted him to be with someone else that would be impossible. I am glad he chose you. He was a little upset about the interruption so he demanded that I do something. So she will be surviving you today."
