Chapter 10: All ends with pain

Amber's POV

It felt like my heart has been shattered into pieces. I can't breath.... Christian was kissing her back. I feel that my tears fall down into my cheeks but I quickly wiped it.

I stand up and walked away from them. I was running, running far far away from them. Christian! You fucking idiot! As if show some respect to me, Why am I even crying?! Damn this tears.

I felt someone was chasing me and I started to run even faster.

"AMBER!!!" Someone shouted behind me, but I still keep on running. I don't care who's following me.

I could feel that I'm losing some breath and that's when someone grab me by my hand and stop me from running.

When I turned around to slap the person, He stop me and hug me really tight. It was Joshua...

"Shh....I'm here Amber, I'm here." He keep on hugging me and stroking my hair.

Then I started to cry even more. Why am I crying? Is it because of Christian? No way! Yes you do! Nooo!!! My mind is keep on battling with my heart.

"Why am I even crying? I know from the start that Christian doesn't like me, then why am I crying?" I said to Joshua.

"Isn't it obvious? You like him." He answered.

"No...I shouldn't fall inlove with him." then joshua pulled me away to look at me.

"What are you talking about?" He asked confused.

"Everything was just a game, and whoever falls in love first losses." I said while still crying. Joshua was still looking at me, his face was hard as if He could kill someone right now.

"Why did you agree to his game Amber?" He looked at me confused.

"Because....because...I want something.....new." Now I'm hurt even though I know from the start that It would happen.

Joshua was still silent, He just keep stairing at me like he was also hurt.

"Its not yet over, I'm not yet a loser. This feeling for Christian is not that deep, I could still forget this." I said as if making myself believe that its possible. Yeah right Amber...

"I'll help you forget about Christian then." said Joshua. I looked at him surprised about what He said.

"I like you Amber." And then He leaned down and kissed me on the lips. At first I was shock and then I remember? If Christian can do it so am I, then I kissed back Joshua.

He kissed me gently and passionately. He was gentle towards me. We were kissing like forever and then I stop him.

"Amber I really like you alot, I could love you more than Christian. I won't ever hurt you." He said.

"I don't know what to say.."

"I'll wait for you." He said and he looked really serious.

"Sure..." I answered.

"Amber..." I heard Christian called me not from afar, He was now coming closer looking like a monster that could kill someone.

When He was near, Me and Joshua didn't expect what happened. Christian just punch Joshua in the face.

"WHAT THE FUCK CHRISTIAN!!!" I shouted and pulled him away from Joshua. Joshua lips was now bleeding because of Christian.

"Why did you punch him?!!!" I yelled at him.

"Why did you let him kiss you?!!!" He yelled towards me. His face was red and his eyes was looking at me as if he was hurt.

"What?! And now your angry?!! What the hell is your problem Christian? Like you can do whatever you want and I can't?!!!" I looked at him like his crazy.

"What is your point then?!" He said back.

"You kissed Cassandra infront of me and you get angry because I kissed Joshua too?! Did you forget Christian? This is only a game!!!"

He was silent for a moment then I could see in his grey eyes those pain, hurt, and angry all at the same time.

"Oh yes....It's just only a game...It doesn't matter what I do to you...After all...I.." before He could said it I slap him really hard.

"You are such a fucking asshole!!! I hate you!!!!" After that I ran away not bothering to looked back...

Christian was standing there like the earth has been crushed upon him.

"It was only.....a game to her...."
