Chap.18 sports festival

It was 2 months after i had that conversation with Principal Nezu,his associate had made a small dimention portal.This one portal worked,and they're now working on a new portal.

I didn't want to think about it anymore further and focused on other stuff,i was doodling in class then Mr.Aizawa came in the classroom."Alright students,your second festival will take place in a week so please prepare yourself more" he announced.

'Huh?Sports festival!?' i thought to myself.This is gonna be awesome,but i'm scared about fighting people because it's only been like 5 months since i got and developed my quirk.

At lunch we talked about the sports festival a little more and we were all excited."I wonder who's gonna be number 1 again!" one student says."Yeah,i'm betting it's Todoroki or Bakugou" another one said.

I looked at Izu,then i whispered "I bet you're gonna be number one" then i leaned back and continued eating.He looked flustered but tried to cover it up.

Then school hours ended,i practiced to make water out of air so i wouldn't have to ask for water supplies when i fight well,IF i get into the final round.

After mastering that i moved to training to make transportation out of my water quirk.I tried lifting myself with water but i couldn't so i tried making super fast boots with water,well it sort of worked since i could run faster than without it.

Then the day came,i was standing while listening to Midnight's event announcement.

First there was the obstacle race,i was getting ready when i heard a "GOOD LUCK Y/N!" from behind.Izu was standing behind me with Uraraka and Iida,i turned towards them and gave them a huge smile and "You guys too!let's do our best!".

Then the race started,i used my water boots trick and ran as fast as i could,Izu was already ahead of me,he ran using One for all lucky him.Everyone were so damn fast and i thought 'i'm not gonna make it ;-;' then i remember Todoroki freezing other competetors' feet and he was doing it right in front of me.

I decided to do what he did and covered the ground with water that i formed from air.Everyone slipped except for me of course and Todoroki froze them,'heh good work Todoroni' i thought to myself and ran again.

I was almost there and i saw Izu,Bakugou,Todoroki,Iida,Sero and some other people there.I was number 10,"heh not bad for my first time" i said to myself.Bakugou was number 1 this time and he got the one million points.Izu number 2 and Iida number 3.I was surprised Todoroki got number 4 and not number 3 with Bakugou and Izu.

After the speed race we all got ready for the next event which was The cavalry battle.I teamed up with Izu of course with Uraraka,Tsuyu and Shoji.Izu was the rider and i was up front with Tsu and Uraraka and Shoji was behind.

Then it started,we were all aiming for Bakugou.I wanted to make water on the ground and slip him but Izu said don't.Tsu managed to steal points from someone else though.

Then we aimed for Bakugou again,"Y/N!can you control water around Kacchan's neck and lift the headbands up?" Izu said.I nodded and i tried to but my water was blown away by Bakugou "HAH!IN YOUR DREAMS WATER ASS!" he yelled.

Then i told them to run closer to Bakugou,they agreed and ran as quick as possible and i snatched the headband and gave ir to Izu,"WHA!Oh my god Y/N you're awesome!" i heard Uraraka said."Ehehe,i-it's nothing" i said.

Then we tried to survive until the rounds end,then it ended.Izu was number 1,Todoroki was number 2,Iida was number 3 and Bakugou's number 4.We then got together and went to Midnight's announcement.
