"Chara! Chara! Chara Chara Chara CharaCharaCharaChara!!!!!"
Aaaand there goes my attempt at sleeping.
"I'm up! Now get off me!"
The weight pressing on my stomach disappeared, and I was finally permitted to stand. For someone so intent on making me get up, they really weren't helping their case.
"Chara's awake! Chara's awake! Chara's awake Chara's awake Chara's awake awakeawakeawakeawake!!!!!"
A... talking green blob? was bouncing around excitedly, announcing to the whole world that I was awake. I would say that it was probably a social butterfly, except my vision was so blurry after sleeping so long, (don't pretend you don't know what I mean), that I couldn't tell what shape it was, never mind if it was a butterfly or not.
While I waited for my eyes to adjust, the little blob, (I was still trying to figure out if it was a butterfly, but it wasn't working), regaled me with tales of food, myths, food, adventures, food, traveling, food, food, food, and pondering the mysteries of the universe. Oh, and did I mention it talked about food?
After what seemed like forever, I could finally see that the green blob was actually... a green blob. Ah, yes, the floor is indeed made of floor. But seriously, it was literally a green blob creature with a face, little ear-blob-thingies, and a horn sprouting from it's head.
"-to save the noodles, but then the sauce was all wrong so we had to-"
"That's very nice, but where are we?"
Your welcome for stopping the blob's incessant talking. Oh, wait, I could probably just... skip over that when writing... ah, whatever! Let's just get on with the story!
"Oh! Oh! Oh oh oh ohohohoh!!!!! I know! I know! I know I know I know IknowIknowIknowIknow!!!!! It's! It's! ...

I wasn't in the best mood. It seemed the wait had been for nothing. I also didn't like the idea of walking very much, but it didn't seem like I had a choice, so I got up and followed along.
"By the way, what's your name? And how did you know my name?"
After finally finding a gap in the blob's enormous word dump, I managed to get something in. Unfortunately, it seemed not to have heard me, and continued right on. I just sighed and gave up. Even in this new place, the only friend I had was one I'd never met, one found in the endless sea of the online world. The only one who'd listen.
