ᴍɪɴʜᴀ shut her locker and wished she saw something she never did. It was Hyunjin kissing Aeri. Just when I thought I liked him, she thought. Minha closed her eyes and opened them again.

Jaemin was infront of her with a smile. He grabbed her hand and held onto it. "It's disgusting to see those things, so I'm here to protect you from it," he spoke as he looked into her eyes.

Minha felt her heart flutter and maintained eye contact with him. She slowly nodded, not know she would get herself into something. She trusted Jaemin so it couldn't be that bad... right?

Jaemin intertwined his fingers with hers and smiled. Minha couldn't smile though, even that little thing couldn't make her smile. Although she smiled the day before, she couldn't feel the same way. Maybe it was because Hyunjin? She didn't know and didn't want to know.

They walked down the halls together and everybody started gossiping. Minha tried her best to not hear it. "They're dating now? I always knew inside she was a whore. She played with Hyunjin and at the end she chose the heartless boy!"

Minha threw her head back to keep the tears in her eyes in. Jaemin whispered to her, "Don't listen to them. All they can talk about is nonsense and you know that too." Minha nodded and wiped her tears.

Maybe she had to try something new, smiling, talking to people, being open, and just trying to have fun, atleast that's what she thought.

Jaemin waved at Minha as he sent her off to class. Minha waved back with a smile. He left happily.
She sat down, letting her smile fade away.

"Oh so I see, because you can't have Hyunjin, you take Jaemin." Aeri whispered to her with a smirk.

Minha closed her eyes hoping it would all just go away. Aeri was still whispering to her, trying to make her irritated.

"You know ever since you backed away Hyunjin only said you were his toy," she continued, "he said all he wanted to do was get you over with. You can't trust men like him, after all, he's a playboy Minha."

"He broke your heart didn't he?" Aeri smirked "Hyunjin told me he just wanted to see you get all happy for no reason so then you can cry all day when he leaves you."

Minha was trembling. Her hands shook nonstop and she felt her heart beating quickly. A knot was tied in her stomach and all she wished to do was run away. All she wanted to do atleast, was to escape.

"Hyunjin said you aren't worth i-" Aeri was cut off by a slap. Aeri looked up. Minha slapped her. Her haor was in front of her face but she couldn't hide the fact she was angry and sad.

Aeri held onto her face and everybody gossiped from afar. She started crying, playing a trick on everybody. "Minah why did you slap me?! All I did was ask you if you're sure you were going to play with Hyunjin. I'm sorry I didn't consider your personal space," she yelled out lying.

Gossips were all over the room and Minha was stunned. "Lim Minha! Head to the principal's office right now!" The voice of her teacher greeted.

Now, her image was a rude girl who just kept it all in and threw it out on an innocent girl. Minha wiped her tears and walked toward the principal's office, knwoing what would happen next.
