Quirk : Bone manipulation ( basically the same as Sans but has a a lot of differences )
Can control bones and summon his own, but has a limited amount. They become weaker by quantity.

Special attack : Blue mode
Can turn bones blue and if they hit the opponent, the opponent will freeze still for a short period of time.

Drawbacks :
The more he uses the weaker it becomes.
He is also very naive although he thinks he isn't , he doesn't know how to respond to dire situations so he can get in the way of people and other heroes.

Papyrus in a fight :
He is very confident, sometimes too confident that he doesn't check or practice before acting and ends up failing, however he still believes in himself. He has a lot of faith in himself so this would help a lot as he wouldn't give up, Infact , he has so much faith in his abilities thar he waited all night outside Undynes house to be accepted as a member of the Royal Guard. He's not as smart as his brother but he can use Reverse psychology well. He works really hard and trains really well so he would take a fight seriously.

Personality:
He is very confident and flamboyant, he has a quick temper although it's not really taken seriously. Despite his noisy personality, he has the purest heart ever, he is so kind and optimistic making him also naive. He is very trusting and innocent. You could kill him and he'd still consider you a friend and believe you can be a better person. However , he is oblivious and not observant like his brother is. All he wants is friends and for everyone to be friends. He is one of the most persistent and he believes in everyone and himself and puts hard work into everything he does.

Friends : Deku, Iida ( I imagine they would also be rivals ) Uraraka , Froppy , Kirishima 100%, Froppy, He would try to bring out a happy side of Todoroki. He would be friends with basically everyone ( in his head) even bakugou although I don't think it would go both ways.

Enemies/ Frenemies: Bakugou would dislike his positiveness but would admire his persistence and how he gives his all. Denki might tease him a lot and Papyrus would get annoyed with his wittiness but they would still be friends at the same time. Shinsou would find him tiring.

Random :
•He likes cooking a lot and would be really happy if anyone calls his food good, even though he is kind of bad at it.. since he doesn't taste the food before serving (too confident).
•He loves puzzles and games but gets annoyed if he can't solve them
• He enjoys children things, and his dorm room would have a somewhat childish decoration (figurines and car shaped beds).
• Talks very loudly, like shouting but positively. Basically the happy version of bakugou.

Hero costume/ appearance:
He likes a heroic , flashy kind of costume. White chest plate, with a gold trim and blue briefs or shorts with a golden belt and knee-high red coquelicot boots. He also wears red coquelicot gloves and a short red cape.

His casual outfit, he wears a white t shirt that reads " COOL DUDE", a backwards baseball cap, small shorts , knee high socks, gloves with a striped trim, sneakers and he also has basketballs on his shoulders.. yes. He thinks he looks cool this way.. let's let him be.

He is tall like a basketball player and also has a toothy grin. His eyes are kind of vertical and he has skeletal pseudo-brows.

Grades :
Very good grades, considering he works hard but some subjects wouldn't be so good since he isn't very smart or observant.
