Slibbs fall in love

Chapter three

4 years pass
Gibbs POV
It's mid night and I can't sleep all I can think about it jack but I made up these stupid rules and I can't break them if I don't let anybody else he thinks to him self while working on the boat.  As he is walking up from the basement he hears a knock on the door it's Torres "hey why are you here it's so late?" Ask Gibbs in a confused voice " hey Gibbs we need to talk about me and Ellie I think I love her and I was asking if you could put your rule 12 aside for just once?" Said Torres in a begging manner " okay" " wait what? What did you just say?" "I said yes Torres you can ask her out we all know you two like each other but if you hurt her I will hurt you" " okay Gibbs thank you so much" he said while walking away. "Wait Torres come here I have to ask you something. Do you think I should ask out or try to make a move with jack?" Torres turns around really fast and and yells " finally you say you like her yes of course you should ask her out all are meant to be together" Gibbs looks up smiles and says "okay maybe I will"
Jack POV
I don't understand why I can't sleep i don't know if it because if Gibbs or I have to much in my mind. I think I need to shoot my shot with Gibbs before it's too late.

They both go to bed and wake up the next morning for work Gibbs gets coffee and goes straight to his desk to work on paper work. Jack goes right in to work and gets there shortly after Gibbs.

"Hey Gibbs can we talk?" says jack as she walked up the stairs. " yeah I'll be up there in a min" when he gets in her office and closes the door she ask "do you have a case?" " no I don't but we need to talk about something jack,  I gave Torres and bishop the okay to start dating. I think I'm going to get rid of rule 12 in all" " yeah I thinks that's a good idea" said jack as she sits down " what did you want to talk about?" " oh nothing Gibbs it's not a big deal" " okay well if thats it's I'm going to do paper work" he says as he walked out of the door.
