Mal's troubles

A few months later

Mal's pov

It has been a few month now since the whole thing with Chad and today was his trial so I was getting me and Malia ready to go there. Ben opens the door "Mal I've got to go now will you be alright on the way there? Mum will be with you" "I should be fine Ben" I bite my lip while finishing Malia's hair "don't be scared" he kisses me "bye Mal" I nod. I tie my hair back and finish doing my make-up "Malia we need to go to the family room and meet up with Belle and Lilly" "yay" she say and runs down to the room I laugh. I also thank my luck stars that I didn't get pregnant by him. "Ready to go Mal?" Belle asked me I got to open my mouth then closed it. I nod trying to hold back my tears. Belle, Malia, Lilly and me get in the limo and wait to arrive at Chads trial. when we get there and we sit in the room I have all my friends close around me with Malia next to me and Evie next to Malia on my other side I have Lilly and next to her is Belle behind me is Jane and Carlos. In front of me is Jay and Audrey. with Lonnie and Doug next to them. When Chad walks to his spot to be questioned by Ben he just stares at me. I tense up and look at Belle and she puts her hand on my knee "Chad what do you think you are guilty or not guilty" Ben says "Not guilty" Chad says. "Mal, Jane and Jay could you please come up and give your statement". we all stand up and walk to the other questioning area away from Chad "Mal Please give your statement and from the start of it all happening" Ben asked "Yes king ben. Well it all started when I was walking across the school area when Chad grabbed my arm and turned me around "I know what happened on the isle to you and I'm not afraid of doing it to you" then he pushes Mal on the floor and leaves her crying "Mal! Mal!" Excuse me King Ben can Mal be excused from giving the statement she's obviously having flashbacks" Jay says as I cry Ben nods and Evie comes up and takes me away she sits me back down next to Belle and Lilly so Belle can hold me tight while I cry into her chest. Malia finds a way onto my laps "its okay mummy he can't hurt you anymore" Malia says as she cuddles me "Thank you Jay and Jane for giving your statement. You may take your seat." Ben says as he walks over to the council he picked to help out with the trial "I will get you Mal your worthless!" Chad shouts. I lean in to Belle more your worthless. kept ringing in my head. "Chad stop!" Ben raises his voice. "We have decides your fate to send you to the isle of the lost for 1 year then you will come back and if you do anything and I mean anything you will then be striped from your title then sent to the isle of the lost until I decide it's time from you to come back. Do you under stand?" "yes your majesty" "Good, Guards please take him to the isle now" and with that he was taken away "Everyone excused" Ben dismisses everyone so we all walk out "We are going to wait for Ben and Adam" Belle says as I cry on her shoulder. Jay, Carlos, Evie, Doug and lonnie say there goodbyes and go away. Jane walks me over to a sofa and cheers me up. "um Mal me and Carlos has been thinking would you and Ben be our child's godparents" "I would love it yes thanks you. although you would have to ask Ben to be his side of it" "and that would be a yes from me to Jane thank you" I hear Ben say so I run up to him "Jane you coming back to the Castle with us?" Ben asked Jane "yes."
