Location: Home

Day: Tuesday

Evonne's POV:

It had been a few weeks since I started going out and saving the city.

I was sitting on the top of the building, overlooking the streets. Everything was calm and there was a slight breeze. It was enjoyable. But of course, 'Evil never sleeps'. As soon as I closed my eyes a woman screamed.

I stood up and headed in the direction of the scream. "Where am I?" I asked.

A screen lit up in my face.

"Hello." A voice said.

I flinched at the voice. My breath was heavy. "Hello?"

"I'm your assistant. I can help you find your destination and more."

It was a woman's voice. I'm guessing it's an AI. Since no one was around. I completely forgot I added that... well, better now than in a fight.

"Um, hi," I said awkwardly.

"Hello."

"So um, can you locate where that scream was?" I stopped moving for a moment.

"It's approximately two miles from here."

"Okay..."

To be completely honest, I don't know how far that is, but whatever.

I kept going until she said to stop. Which was very suddenly.

I looked down and saw a lady fighting for her purse. I'm guessing she had a lot of money because of what she was wearing. It was a big fur coat with a red dress. No wonder she was gripping onto her purse so tightly.

I jumped down.

I raised my fists and got ready to punch him. I was directly behind him, so he didn't see me yet. I grabbed his shoulder and turned him around and punched him right in the nose.

Yeesh.

I winced for him as he grabbed his face. The lady ran off as fast as she could in heels. The man got ready to punch me. I ducked down and kick his ankles. He fell backward. I grabbed an arrow with rope on it, I grabbed him by the arm and lifted him to his feet.

I wrapped it around him fast. He growled and tried wriggling out.

I heard sirens coming closer.

"Thank goodness," I mumble as I wipe some sweat off my forehead.

I held onto his forearm until they started parking.

I just remembered, I stole so I should probably leave...

They came running out of their cars and I grabbed an arrow and started going to a roof.

They watched me go up, rubbing their heads.

I saw someone sitting on the ledge as I got up there. I stepped back, mostly from shock, and watched.

They noticed me a second later and got up. Once they came closer I noticed who it was, Spider-Man, again.

I almost started fangirling but he's just another human with powers. Okay... I fangirled a little.

I relaxed my muscles and watched him get a bit closer. I shouldn't be worried... I hope...

"Hey." He said after he clears his throat.

"Um, hi," I said awkwardly.

It's kind of strange talking to someone, but you don't know their real identity. He must feel the same though.
