Friday September 18, 2015. 6:45 A.M. Rhodes Residence.

"Jean come out of the damn bathroom, your gonna still look fugly when you come out anyway!" Rhodey groaned in frustration.

Rhodey felt someone smack him upside the head. "Watch your mouth boy, you ain't too old for my belt." Terrence hummed.

"Yes sir." Rhodey frowned. You could say he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But he didn't even sleep. His girlfriend kept him up on the phone all night. She irked him because she couldn't take the hint that he didn't want to date her anymore. They were middle school sweethearts. And then they got to high school and she started acting different. She wanted to get the ball rolling and he wanted to keep
thing how they were.  You can only lose your virginity once. He didn't want it to be special and over the top he just isn't ready and she won't understand that.

"Jeanette Lashun Rhodes you have 2 seconds to get your behind out of that bathroom don't make me start counting.." Terrence shouted. Jean opened the door and rushed past them and Rhodey zoomed in and immediately started his shower.

"daddy, my hair ain't finished you can't rush the process. Mama won't let me get a perm I hate dealing with this mess." Jean pouted.

"That's cause Your big hair is beautiful babygirl. You don't need a perm. Go on  in me and your mamas bathroom to finish it." Terrence chuckled.

Sam walked out of his room spraying cologne. As he walked by Terrence snatched the bottle out of his hand. "You really tryna kill somebody with this death spray. Go on down and start eating breakfast I can already smell you from a mile away." Terrence grinned.

"Id rather you smell my cologne than funk. Uncle Terry." Sam grinned.

"I can't smell nothing with this mess burning my nose hairs away. This is not cologne I don't know who the hell told you it was remind me to pick you something other than this up later." Terrence hummed.

"Yes sir." Sam hummed And walked down the stairs.
Terrence followed behind him.

"Good morning auntie." Sam smiled and wrapped his arms around Roberta before sitting down. She put three waffles on his plate.

"Good morning baby. You just about growing out of them pants honey. We can hit the mall tomorrow afternoon." Roberta hummed. "Get you some new clothes."

Terrence wrapped his arms around Roberta before pressing a kiss to her lips. "Good morning Mama, you was out of bed before I was What Did i tell you about sleeping in?" Terrence hummed.

"I can't sleep in baby, I got too many of y'all depending on me, and my babies in school now that means they need a good hearty breakfast to get them to lunch baby." Roberta chuckled. "Summer day's meant they were just fine with cereal. Cause they could eat whenever but I can't have them starving and waiting for lunch especially my boys."

"Well when we leave you best take yo fine self up and get you a few more hours. My vows still stand sugar. We hitting What 17 years now baby?" Terrence smiled.

"Mmmhmm. 17 long years." Roberta smiled.

"And y'all still This happy? I can barely get through a week." Sam said.

"That's cause you ain't found the right man yet son. I was a ho before I met your aunty. And she knew it too, she was working in that diner and I asked her out she put her hands hips and got to rolling her neck she said. 'Mr.rhodes if I say yes to you, don't you dare think I'm gone be like any of them other fast tale girls around here. You don't see my panties till I get a ring.
