jung jaehyun impatiently drummed his fingers on top of the wooden table, legs crossed in some businessman-ish way.

currently, he and his secretary yoon haneul waited for a client inside a minimalistic looking restaurant. the meetup venue was rather unusual, but it was what their client preferred instead of a meeting room inside the office itself and they just decided to accept that.

and yet for the second time this week . .

"mr. han postponed the meeting."

after hearing those particular words, jaehyun released a very very frustrated sigh, the fingers that initially tapped harshly rising to rub his temples in distress. if this continued going, waiting for a single deal would just result into wasting time and effort.

should it even be seen as worth it?

"apart from that cancelled meeting, you seem to have no important schedules today," haneul said.

even the thought of an unoccupied day didn't shake his dismay regarding the second postponement he undergone with the same person. jaehyun could admit, he was fuming silently. "it's a weekend after all."

if you're just gonna ditch for the second time while making me wait for two hours why don't you just—

an idea then lit the girl up in a span of seconds, her expression perkier then before. she decided to interrupt his string of train thoughts towards mr. han by saying, "don't get mad at me."

without even letting jaehyun react, haneul placed a tight his wrist, forcing him to stand up and get dragged. he was confused, but those remarks of confusion didn't affect the girl at all.

"what are you doing ?!"

once they reached their used vehicle after that hell of a drag, haneul turned back towards his direction, glancing back at him. but before anything, she chuckled at his visible puzzlement.

"come on, sir," she cheered while exhibiting that signature smile which radiated her pure burst of jubilance. "let's go have some fun!"
