Chapter 2 - Making a Move/Ruining the Moment

Kyrille's POV

I walked through the empty hallway then to my locker and threw some of my books inside.

I proceeded to the cafeteria. I grabbed a tray and lined up.

I ordered my lunch and tried to find an empty table. Too bad, there was none.

I spotted a table not too far but there is a guy sitting. I walked towards the table.

"Excuse me, can I sit here with you?" I asked. His back was facing me.

No response from the guy.

"Helloooo??" I said as I tap his shoulder while my other hand is holding the tray like a waitress. Good thing it's not that heavy.

The guy took of his earphones---oh, so that's the reason why he couldn't hear me.

Then, my world stops as I saw his face.

.

Just kidding.

"Hi. Can I sit here?" I asked shyly.

"Yeah. Sure." He said with a smile. I sat down infront of him placing the tray with my lunch on it on the table and started to eat.

"By the way, have I seen you today? You looked like the girl I bumped lately." He said with a confused face examining me.

"I think so? You look like the guy I bumped into too lately." I said and giggled a little. He chuckled along with me.

"How rude I am for not introducing myself. I'm Nate." Nate said extending his hand asking for a hand shake.

"Kyrille. Nice meeting you." I said as I shook hands with him wearing my big smile.

"Kyrille is too long. Let me call you Kylie and no one else can call you that. Got it?" Nate said and I nodded in response. "Good." He said then smiled. I smiled back.

We talked about random things, laugh at jokes and chatted about life.

ForeverPINK's POV (3rd Person's POV)

The two newly met are getting to know each other, while Nick, Kyrille's childhood bestfriend, is having a hard time looking for her in the cafeteria.

While scanning the whole cafeteria, his attention was caught when he heard her laugh. The sweet laugh he wanted to hear the whole day.

He looked at where the laugh came from and his blood rose high on what he is watching.

His bestfriend laughing with a stranger?!

'Who the hell is he?!' he said in his mind.

He marched to their table, angrily.

"Aria! I've been searching the whole Daybreak High to find you! Its time for class. Lets go." Nick said as calm as he can do, grabbed Kyrille by her arm and dragged her out of the cafeteria. Some students watching their scene.

"Uh...okay. Nice meeting you, Nate! Hope to see you again!" Kyrille called as Nick dragged her away from her new friend.
