"BLOOM!" Locket yelled, a wide smile on her face. She flew to Bloom as fast as she could, tears in her eyes. She gave Bloom a big hug, her tiny arms pushed against her collar bone. "I missed you so much. My life was so miserable without you."
She didn't even bother to care about her mix-matched eyes or the mark still part visible above the collar of her top.
"I missed you, too, Locket," there were tears in her eyes. "I missed you so much that I named my youngest daughter after you."
Aisha and Musa were glaring at her, confusion and betrayal in their eyes. They were the only ones who knew the truth of where Bloom has been, or who she had those kids with. Or even if she was still with him. Stella was the next to give Bloom a hug, wrapping her arms around Bloom's body, tears spilled freely from her eyes.
"Oh, why did you leave," she sobbed. "Why couldn't you just let us help you?"
Bloom cautiously looked up at the other who were still in shock after seeing her for the first time since they were eighteen, and they were thirty-seven now. Well, Stella was thirty-eight, but who cares about that.
Bloom chose not to answer as Flora and Tecna ran to join the hug, tears still in their eyes, despite what had happened nineteen years ago. Despite wanting to keep their dignity, Aisha and Musa eventually caved in and joined the group hug; the first tine in twenty years that all six of them embraced.
"I'm so sorry, girls," Bloom whimpered. "I've regretted my decision for the longest time. I was just too much of a coward to come back." Tears were spilling from her face. "I was so upset that I missed out on everything."
"But why were you with him," Musa spat, but with a sympathetic tone. "Why did you even want to raise kids with Valtor?"
"Can we talk over dinner?"
Ari and Mac made their way over to the triplets and Ony, and plopped up against the wall.
"Are we going to go, too," Ony asked, impatiently. "Otherwise this meeting is just a waste of our time. It's not like my dad will come, or even care about my life."
"Ony!" Tina yelled. "Stop putting yourself down. You are an amazing person and your father loves you."
"Yeah, Ony," Ari agreed. "Please be more logical."
"Tecna's daughter," Stella laughed. "In the flesh and blood."
"Classic Stella," Bloom laughed out between tears. "Just as I remember."
Aisha wanted to scream. She only knew Bloom for a little more than a year and all the other winx for thirty-eight years. She thought that she had no right to bring up memories that she basically left behind for someone who almost destroyed the magic dimension; not to mention the fact that he actually did destroy her home planet, Domino.
"If you don't mind me asking-Ony is it," Bloom said. When Ony nodded, she continued. "Who is your father? And do you have a mother?"
Ony's face dropped a bit. "My mother died after giving birth to me," she answered. "And my dad is King Sky of Eraklyon."
"Sky," Bloom looked very surprised. All her memories of the first time with Sky, to the very last one.
"Are you okay, Mom," Ella asked, a very worried look on her face. "You're looking very pale again."
"I think I should tell you something, but Pixie needs to be here when I say it, and it'll be best if your father were here too," she said, nervously rubbing her arm.
