Mission

Hey! I know I haven't updated in a while so I'm gonna try and make this a long chapter. I hope you like this one!

Let's ignore the fact that quite a few people will know who that sexy beast on the side is. Right now that is Kei. *nods*

Ichigo's POV

I stretched yawning...well mewing like the cat I am and rolled onto my side. I opened one eye and looked at the time. 4:30.

I sighed and rolled onto my back. I sat up and flipped my legs over the edge of my bed. I got up and grabbed some new clothes.

I walked into my bathroom and locked the door. I turned the shower on and got undressed while waiting for it to heat up.

I felt the water and once hot enough I stepped in. I sighed as the water hit me, making my ears bend down and my tail flop down.

I washed my hair and turned the water off. I stepped out and grabbed my towel. I dried my body then my hair and fuzzed up my ears.

I dried my tail and put my clothes on. I walked out and gabbed my head band and tied it around my forehead.

I looked at the time again. 4:40. I sighed and left a note for Kakashi and walked out after putting hoodie on.

I shoved my hands in my pockets and walked around the village. I looked at the sky, watching the clouds.

While walking I managed to make my way to an open field. I smiled slightly as I kept walking. But me being the lucky person I am I tripped over something.

Well, not something more like someone. I yelped as I hit the ground and rolled next to the person. The person grabbed me to stop me from rolling.

I looked up and to Shikamaru. He smiled at me which I returned. "You alright?" he asked sitting up. I sat up with him.

"Yeah" I replied. He sighed. "You need to watch where your walking" he said. "You need to watch where your lying" I replied. "Touche"

"Why were you lying down?" I asked. "Watching the clouds. Why are you here?" he replied. "Just waking before I go to my team for a mission" I replied.

He nodded. "How is your new team?" he asked. "Katsuo is a douche and Kei is the nice one" I replied simply.

He chuckled. "How is Katsuo a douche?" he asked. "He hates me, thinks I'm a freak and makes fun of me. Not to mention he thinks I'm a killer" I said.

"Quite a situation your in" he replied. "Yep" I sighed. He stood up giving me his hand. I gratefully took it and he pulled onto my feet.

While grabbing his hand I felt a little tingle in my hand, like it was meant to be there. I shook it out of my mind.

"Well, we should go to our teams. I got a mission too" he said. I smiled lightly. "Yeah, tell Asuma I said hi" I said.

"Will do" he replied. I started walking off. "See ya" I waved. "Yeah see ya round" he called back. I smiled as I made my way to the training field.

I found Katsuo already there. I sighed as he scowled at me. I glared at him as I sat on my log. It was uncomfortably silent.

I don't like it being quite. I was always around noise. Considering my brother liked being energetic and loud.

I sat there thinking about my brother. Always there for me. Helping me train. Like when he trained me to climb a tree and walk on water.
