JASON'S POV:

I wake up before the sun rises yawning but instead of breathing cool fresh air, I breath in hot humid air. I hate it here in 13, its all under ground and every things is to orginized. I get off my bed and walk to my dresser. When I open it I see the same thing as every day. Theres gray jeans gray shirts and a couple of sweaters in the dresser.

I'm sick of it, there's no color in this place. Even presedent coins hair is gray and white. There's also So many rules here and when I heard that the lovely Katniss Everdeen was here, I knew she couldn't handle all the rules. Sooner or later she would have to leave.

I slowly walk to the bathroom and run the warm water. Once it heats up I step inside. The water feels good running down my back. I let my mind race, thinking of how I escaped the capital and ran all the way here.

I ran after Snow killed my parents. They questioned the capital way to much, until one day I came home and saw them dead on the ground. Capital TV called it a suicide but I knew exactly the cause Snow him self gave my mom and dad a vist. I immediately packed my things and ran into the forest finding my way to the ruins of districts 13.

I camped out there until I saw someone walking up here. He told me his name was Bogs. Then he said "welcome to District 13 the foundation of the uprisings." After that he took me down to the under ground 13. I got a room and started life again. But it was a prison.

I get out of the shower and get dressed. I walk out my room pacing my slef down a long hallway to an old rusty elevator. There is a lady and her husband already on, I walk in and we head down to the lunch room. Once in there I walk slowly to get in line for my breakfast. As I wait I look around I see Marcus sitting at an empty table. Marcus has been my best friend since the day I got here. For two whole years he's been correcting me in every thing I do but today something was wrong.

I sat down next to him after getting my food. He was shaking, his eyes where blood shoot and he was mumbleing to him self. I dicided to ask him what was wrong. He quickly turned around and said "we have to get out of here soon!"
