Dr. Desel is no doctor like you think he may be. He is maniacal, evil, tricky.
When Dr.Desel was in college he was in all the advanced classes he could take. He believed he was so smart that he decided he should rule the world. (Yeah I know right how typical). The only difference with him ruling the world is that there would be no wars and no poor people living on the streets. That idea may sound good, but he wanted more people so he had peace while experimenting on them. He believed the whole human race were just a whole bunch of lab rats.
Last summer he tried taking over a whole country at once luckily Caspy stopped him before he could, and ended up putting him in a prison. Dr.Desel has just escaped and wants revenge on Caspy
