by this moment i should have known the kiss wasn't real

y/n lie down on the grass as she let out another sigh. she raised her hands to cover the strong sunlight from penetrating her eyes

just as she was about to fall asleep, y/n could feel her stomach grumbled

"shit i ate too much in all the dreams and i'm still hungry.. just how?"

y/n quickly got up and sit, contemplating whether to continue to lie down on the spot or to get up and get some ice cream

y/n stood silently as she wandered her eyes over the board of various flavours of ice cream displayed on top of the counter

yes she had chosen to get up and get some ice cream

"i never knew choosing the flavours would be this hard"

"you can get multiple flavours in one if you want to" the cashier said, which y/n nodded to as an answer thoughtfully

that's harder to pick now....

"i'll go with vanilla and cookies and cream then"

the girl took her phone out and start to play with it while waiting for her ice cream.

few minutes later she heard the bell ring from the front door which made her to turn around, it's a girl, roughly too older than her going towards her direction.

y/n only stared at the girl which looks so familiar to her as the other scanned over the flavours

isn't this yena? but why she's wearing hospital clothes?

"excuse me, which flavour would you recommend to me? i only knew vanilla"

"eh? cookies and cream..."

yena nodded her head which makes her side ponytail bounce as well.

oh my god so cute!!!!

"excuse me can i have cookies and cream with vanilla?" yena asked the cashier who just finished with y/n's ice cream

the cashier gave y/n her ice cream before going back to do yena's ice cream

"we have the same flavours" y/n said

"i noticed that too"

by the time the cashier came back y/n quickly pay for her ice cream. she was about to go when she noticed yena didn't have enough money to pay

"she's with me"

"you don't need to- y/n?" yena stopped her word once she noticed who was standing beside her the whole time

"it's okay"

the older only kept being silent as she saw y/n paying for her

the two of them then walked out of the shop, walking around the park to find a spot to rest at. y/n mainly walked behind yena, not wanting to disturb the other's peace

"i'm sorry for troubling you just now" yena speak out as she start to walk slowly to let the other catch up with her

"it's okay really. by the way, you know me?"

finally they reached the place where the small pond at. yena quickly sit down on the grass, facing towards the lake with y/n following the latter's action

"just who doesn't know you? you are the most popular student in our class, almost everyone in the school knows you"

that doesn't sounds like me at all.. what the hell is wrong with my dreams?
