what a big dream that is

y/n shakes her head as she take in the surrounding, she's still at the mall she and chaewon at earlier. the girl start to walk outside from the mall, have no any business in it anymore as she walked with her head down

"y/n!"

her steps stop as she turn to see who was calling her and she no one that she might recognize at all

what's this?

brushing the uncomfortable feels away, y/n continue her steps out from the mall. she kept hearing someone calling her name and it didn't help with her anxiety at all as she kept on walking faster

before she managed to turn away someone had dragged her into a small alley which sparks up her adrenaline but before she could even let out a shout all of the feelings she experienced earlier vanished

she can only feel pain now

"no need to scream it's only me" minju quickly speaks when she noticed the girl gonna shout for help

why it's so painful?

y/n asked in her head as she stared at the other's face in confusion. minju who realised the girl's frown quickly explained

"y/n i.. i can't forget about you"

"what do you mean by that?" y/n asked as she freed her hand that was being hold by minju the whole time

"i'm sorry princess i didn't mean to break up with you, i can't live without you. don't do this to me y/n i know i've done you so wrong but it's hurting me"

even though it's kind of dark, y/n could still see some tears threatening to escape from her eyes

why i feel hurt by watching her crying? why do i even got hurt when i saw her face? and we just broke up?

watching the other being so weak made y/n decided to take the action by herself. she holds the older's hand as she dragged her to some bench for them to sit

"wait here" minju nodded as she watch y/n ran to some stall to buy a water bottle and a pocket of tissues

y/n handed them to the older as soon as she take a sit on the bench beside her. minju thanked her and quickly wiped her tears away, before having a sip from of water

"mind to tell me what went wrong?"

y/n could hear minju sighing before she started,

"we haven't met for so long and whenever we met it would be only for a short while. i thought my feels for you were fading from the lack of communication, that's why... i didn't mind it when a colleague of mine kissed me out of nowhere but when i saw you from far away, wanted to give a surprise visit to me... i.. i just realised how much i still love you, no i never stopped loving you before, i was just being stupid. it hurts me to see you run away from me that day and.. and i thought i was doing the right thing by ending our relationship that day"

that's... a lot to take in

y/n concluded in her mind, no wonder that she feels hurt when she saw minju for the first time. in this dream, the older had betrayed on her, resulting to her own heartbreak

"so why are you here? to hurt me more?"

"what? no! i could never hurt you! i just wanted to ask for your forgiveness! i will do anything to have you to forgive me, i know it's impossible but i want you back. i- i want us.. to be like the old us again"
