Chapter 9: Be Mine?

*Lauren's POV*
I didn't know how to reply. I wanted to forgive him but yet I didn't.

I miss us talking.

I miss us being brother and sister.

I miss everything.

"I-I don't know?" I said asking more of a question. I honestly didn't know how to answer that.

"Will you think about it please?" Dylan asked, giving me the puppy dog eyes. He knows I can't resist those so I turn my head and nodded.

He left my room and I turned back to Jacob. He just gave me a slight smile.

"Well I was going to ask if you wanted to do something but-" I cut him off.

"I would love to do something with you." I explained and smiled.

"Really? Well just dress normal not anything fancy," He said and walked to me and kissed my cheek, "I'll be downstairs babe."

Heat immediately rushed to my face when he called me babe. I started getting ready and decided on black high waisted shorts and a hot pink crop top with some black vans.

Once I got my clothes on, I plugged in my curling wand. I started on my makeup just putting on foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner, and some mascara.

By the time I finished my my makeup, my wand was ready. I started doing loose curls.
*1 hour later*
I finally finished my hair and it actually turned out pretty good.

I unlocked the bathroom door and started down the stairs.

I was on the last step when everyone turned and stares at me. I look towards Jacob.

His mouth is wide open.

"You.Look.Stunning." He said, pausing in between each word.

I thanked him and got my shoes on.

"Ready to go?" He asked me and I nodded my head.

He took my hand and led me out to his car. He opened the passenger door for me.

"What a gentleman you are." I said and he laughed.

"I know, I know." He said trying to act like a girl. I just shook my head at him and started laughing once again.

He closed my door and got in the drivers seat and turned on the ignition. He buckled his seat belt and so did I.

"So where are we going?" I ask knowing I wouldn't get an answer out of him.

"You'll find out soon my dear." He said.

I placed my head on the window and closed my eyes.

I woke up to hearing the sounds of rocks underneath the tires. I opened my eyes but I can't see anything. Everything is black.

"Jacob, why is everything black?" I asked.

"I put something over your eyes so you wouldn't see where we are yet."

Well now it sounds like he is trying to kidnap me.

"I'll be right back. You stay here." He said and got out of the car.

Of course he leaves me alone and he knows I hate that. I get bored so easily.

Jacob comes back, opening the passenger door.

"You can come out now." He says and starts walking. Wow is he stupid sometimes.

"Ya know I can't see anything right?" I ask him.

"Oops. Sorry babe."

He grabs my hand intertwining our fingers.

We walk for what feels like 5 minutes but it really only has been like 2.

"Here we are. I'll take the off of you." He says and starts taking whatever he put around my eyes off.

It was beautiful. Jacob set up a picnic blanket and food with candles and their is a huge waterfall.

We walk over to the blanket and sit down.

"You didn't have to do all this." I said and look into his eyes.

"It was for a certain reason." He said and smiled at me.

We started eating. I just stared at the waterfall. It was beautiful.

Once we finished eating, we went to the edge of the water and sat and put our feet in.

"Thank you for this." I said and looked at Jacob.

"You deserved this. Especially after what happened with you and Dyl." He said and looked at him.

He moved in closer to me and just held my hand.

"You know you look beautiful tonight?" Jacob said and I blushed.

"Lauren, I have to ask you something?" He said and I nodded telling him to continue.

"You know that I like you," Jacob started, "I was wondering if you wanted to be my girlfriend?"

I nodded repeatedly and hugged him.

We pulled apart from the hug and ended up kissing. It was long and passionate kiss.

The rest of the night we just sat by the waterfall, just admiring it. I soon started to fall asleep so I rested my head on his shoulder and quickly fell asleep.
