There they go again as Yui was already sitting on her usual spot, admiring the stars. While Tsukishima was standing near her with arms crossed, staring at her small figure.
"Hey, idiot."
"Yes?"
"You know that I don't really like the stars so why bother bringing me here just to watch them?" He questioned as it was followed by a sigh.
"Don't you ever get tired of doing this every night? And it's dangerous for you to always come here when it's dark." He questioned her again, adding a small lecture for the stubborn girl.
"Wow are you worried about me?" Yui teased the blond with a grin plastered on lips while Tsukishima only clicked his tongue in response.
"I would never get tired of doing this every night, Kei." She stood up then suddenly wrapped her arms around Tsukishima's left forearm. "Just look at the stars! It's so pretty, I can't take my eyes off of them." Yui exclaimed and giggled.
She's like a child. Tsukishima thought as he tried to hide a grin but Yui saw it.
"Hm? Is something funny?" She asked, raising a brow as Tsukishima shook his head, returning to his usual poker face.
The girl then withdraw her arms and sat on the grass again.
"Nothing. I'll accompany you every night but I still won't like the stars." Tsukishima said as he lie on the grass and close his eyes.
Yui followed his movements as she rested her hands on her stomach.
"Just move on already..." She trailed off. "You have me." She whispered the last part.
"Hm? I couldn't quite hear you."
"Oh n-nothing. All I said that you should move on from Suzuki-san." She stuttered a bit while laughing awkwardly.
"I moved on long time ago, it's just that-" He couldn't finish his sentence as Yui cut him off.
"It's just what Kei? Everytime you see the stars it reminds you of her? That means you haven't move on." Her voice was filled with anger but mostly sadness.
Something snapped inside Tsukishima as he abruptly sat up and looked straight into her eyes, annoyed.
"Why the fuck do you care Tachibana? Mind your own damn business. Are you even my girlfriend? You're not right? You're just a friend."
Fuck, me and my damn temper. Tsukishima thought as he mentally groaned in frustration.
Tears were already streaming down on her face, she stood up looking at him blankly.
"Hey, Yui..."
It wasn't really the first time that Tsukishima lost his temper but what he said to her made her heart ache. He rarely calls her by her first name. If it was a different situation she would be damn happy that Kei Tsukishima, the salty bastard, called her by her first name.
"Yes, you're right. I'm just a friend and I should mind my own damn business. Sorry for bothering you, Tsukishima-san." Yui snapped back. She turn her back and walk away, leaving the blonde male all alone.
"Fuck."
