~Sam's POV~
I sat in the car waiting patiently for Coco. I glanced out the car window to see if she was coming. I couldn't see her, so I decided to turn some music on while I waited. I played some frank ocean and relaxed back into my seat. Pink + White came on and became to sing along with my eyes closed. My voice getting louder as the song progressed. Suddenly I heard the doors open. I opened my eyes quickly and felt my cheeks heat up. I looked at Coco staring at me with a big grin across her face from the passenger seat. She started to laugh, then sang along to the lyrics too. She smiled and plopped her bag onto the floor. I heard another door open. And looked to the backseat a little confused. Then I met his eyes again. His beautiful brown eyes. A small awkward smile pressed across his lips. As he looked up towards my admiring but still some what confused face. "Oh shit sorry, Ruel was running late and asked if he could catch a lift. Is that okay Sam? He can walk..." Coco informed. I shook my head suddenly. "No, No, that's okay" I said trying to savour every minute I had with him. I looked back at him and smiled. He smiled too, butterflies swarmed my stomach. I felt my cheeks began to brighten. "Thanks" he whispered. That was the tipping point. My checks flushed and my heart began to beat faster. I turned quickly around to face the front. I look down in my lap and smiled wildly. I took a deep breath and shifted the car into drive. I couldn't believe it. He was in my car. Ruel Van dijk. The boy from across the road.
