My name is Demetria Devonne Lovato, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas (I don't have an accent). I'm 17 years old, I've been bullied my whole life. My mom, Dianna, my older sister, Dallas, and I are moving to a little town in New Jersey. You see, my parents got divorced recently because my father is abusive. He always has been, but my mother needed to stay with him because he was the one making money. But, when my mom got a job offer in New Jersey, she quickly packed us up, went to court, and now we're leaving for a new home in New Jersey today.
I didn't have many friends in school, but I had one. Her name is Selena. I'm going to miss Selena, but we'll keep in touch and she'll come to visit in the summers since her grandparents also live in New Jersey.
I've only ever had one boyfriend, and turns out he was cheating on me, but not with just some girl. He cheated on my with Sierra Bryson, my bully ever since grade school. Ever since then, I haven't trusted people, mostly guys, with my heart.
I also suffer from depression, but nobody actually knows that. I cut and purge because I feel like I have to just to make me feel better. I don't know why. It's just addictive, I guess.
I'm broken, and sometimes I wonder if I'll ever be whole...
