Back with the doctor and her friends they look at skyler the doctor was shock to see her of course as she was supposed to be dead.

"what on earth are you doing here"

"who is she"

Nate asked wondering who this she wonder what's going on.

"she my sister"

"you have a sister"

Sam said really confused as the doctor never really talk about their family much and now she was hiding things from them this was not good.

"yeah well kind of sister she trick me"

"yes well enough of that I got something to show you"

Skyler said smiling as she teloprt them to somewhere she remembered very well.

In the castle skylar was sitting on her throne when the figure ran in and bowed

"my lady Charlotte is dead the doctor going to save her what do you want me to do."

"well my dear husband I think it's time I dressed up and give the doctor a postion he can no refuse "

Skylar said smiling touching the figure cheek

" why would you do that you hate Charlotte "

" I do but its time the blue horse rises and we see how far he goes to get her back and watch the chaos unfold "

She said smiling as she goes to the draw and gets a bottle and makes what she needs. Real Rebecca and the figure helped her as she said a spell

" rise rise rise take the energy of the human and make it time Lord bring the power make it bold. Bring the world to its knees and make every alien want her power for their greed. Make his guilt strong and regret what he done use our power make it one "

" will this work"

Real Rebecca asked as skylar put it in the bottle

"well least see shall we off we go"

She smiled so they head to a village dress up and get ready for the doctor arrival. Down the path from the village the doctor had just apeard and was carrying Charlotte in his arm they where tierd but that did not stop him from getting Charlotte nothing. And he would do anything no matter what the cost he would save her even if it would destroy the world he then stopped

"have I gone to far should I not do this. No I need to do this to save charlotte I love her"

He then walked to the village to a stool where skylar was

"how can I help you"

"I need to save my wife can you help"

The doctor asked as they look at her

"OK give her this it will help"

"thank you"

The doctor said walking off to find a house to stay in. He walked a few miles but then he found the place and went in he placed Charlotte on the ground and gave her the drink nothing happened at first but then there was a glow and it was so bad he had to go out the house and gasped

"what have I done"

Inside the house Charlotte eyes opend and they where glowing yellow and gold she then fainted as the light disappeared as the doctor ran in

"honey you ok"

"ow my head matt you ok"

She hugged him as he smiled as he felt two hearts in her chest  and then his hearts sank what had he done

"what happened one minute I was near raven then I fainted"

"i--I - - - i------------i------- changed you into a time Lord"

The doctor said looking away with a tear in his eye Charlotte touched his shoulder and kiseed his cheek.

"hey it's OK hon I'm sure it be OK"

"really"

He said turning to her as she wiped a tear from his eyes

" really"

"I hope I done the wrong thing"

He  said hugging her as her eyes glowed

"I'm sure nothing will happen"

She smile as they huged but she was wrong because on the planet of the blue horse a bell rang as everyone ran out to the statue of Charlotte to see a vision of Charlotte

"I am back the blue horse will rise again "

"it's her she back the blue horse will rise again"

They all chant as they cheer and celebrate the return of the blue horse and her return to the planet. Up in space Andrew was looking at the controle when the phone ran

"hello hey Bro you ok how Charlotte ok see you there"

"what up Andrew"

Rose asked if he OK

"yeah I'm fine the doctor wants to see us"

"is Charlotte OK"

Beth asked

"we shall see"

So he pulled the leaver and they landed near the house where the doctor and Charlotte was. They head out the tardis and they see the doctor standing there

"how Charlotte is she OK"

"is mum OK"

Rose asked runing to him he smiled and Charlotte walked out and grins

"hey I'm back"

"Mum"

Rose said runing to her as they hug

,"Its OK hon"

"hey thanks for saving my life"

Raven said shaking her hand as she grins

"my pleasure"

"how did you survive"

Beth asked as the doctor changed the subject

"how about our wedding"

"yeah it's time"

Charlotte smiled as they go off to Venice to get married.

News : the legend we thought was dead is back and there be more to come from this hero in the future the blue horse will rise

The friends watch on as they saw what going on the doctor did this to Charlotte they could not believe this.

"you changed her"
