We got a taxi and made it to Suji's large house. It sat on a cute little street where there were a lot of kids our age. Suji told me about a few, and they all sounded cool.

Suji and I met online, playing RPG games and such. In a voice chat, she talked to me about her school.

Suji also told me about a secret that she holds dear. Wonder what she means by that, but her secret can sometimes be hard to believe.

~•*Four years ago. Suji and Kai are at age eleven*•~

Suji- "My school is different from a lot of schools here in Japan."

Me- "Oh yeah? How so? I mean, of course it's different because all schools aren't the same, but how?"
|
Suji- "Well, all schools are teaching math, language arts, and science and stuff. My school teaches combat."
|
Me- "Huh?"
|
Suji- "Okay, can you keep a secret? Since you are gonna move to Japan with me in the future I can show you in person what my secret is like."
|
Me- "Yeah, of course! I keep a lot of secrets!"
|
Suji- "I'm gonna trust you."
|
Me- "Okay!"
|
Suji- "*exhale* So, basically where I live, some random things started to pop up. It was so weird when it did. At least, my nana said. But nowadays, these things are normal. We call them 'quirks'. And, I have one. Just like a lot of the population. These quirks are powers. Many of them are random. Like, one could probably turn into anything, or sound like other people."

Me- "Huh? Powers? Are you joking?"
|
Suji- "No, I'm not joking. I can shapeshift into any unliving thing. I sound like I'm crazy, I know. But my parents have quirks too. It's known here."
|
Me- "Well, I may not 100% believe you now, but when we meet again, you can show me! But as I promised, your secret is safe with me."
|
Suji- "Thank you, Kai. You wanna play some Power Crushers?"

Me- "Bring it!"

I was setting my bags down in my new room.

I paused.

Suji told me that she'd show me. I can find out soon.
