EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY : A Basic Requirement
An organization can only survive if its activities are effective and efficient.
Effectiveness
— is a central element on the management process, which requires the achievement of an objective. (Doing the right things)
Efficiency
— is a central element in the management process, which requires that the minimum amount of resources is used to achieve an objective. (Doing things right)
