January 15th 1988
THIRD PERSON
Brian amd Roger were snuggled up on the couch holding hands, Roger was admiring the ring on his hand. "I can't believe we got married 6 years ago today. I still remember it all like it was yesterday." Brian said leaning his head on Roger's shoulder, Brian heard Roger snifle next to him. He looked over and saw a single tear roll down Roger's cheek.
"Hey baby, whats wrong?" Roger shook his head, "I'm just, so happy. I wanted everything and you gave me everything and more. I just don't know what I did to make me so lucky." Brian hugs Roger as tight as he could, "You deserve everything Rog." Brian kissed the top of Roger's head. Brian admired the hair on Roger's head, it was much shorter than it was 10 years ago, but he was just as beautiful.
"I'm going to call Freddie and see if he's doing alright." Roger said, Roger typed in the number he mesmerized a long time ago.
"Hello?" "Hey Fred! Thank you for babysitting the kids on such a short notice." Roger heard kids yelling in the background, "Oh darling, I'd do anything for you and my godchildren. I can babysit anytime you want." Roger chuckled, "Thanks Fred, I'm going to go, thank you for everything!" "Bye darling!" Roger hung up amd smiled, he's so happy.
Roger and Brian decided that they didn't want to do anything too fancy for their wedding anniversary, they decided to make dinner, go stargazing, and have a little fun later in the night if you know what i mean.
Brian insisted he should make dinner. He made Cauliflower Gnocchi with Marinara Sauce, fancy am i right? He also made a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries to add a little romance.
"Babe, this all looks amazimg." Roger said placing a kiss on Brian's cheek, normally they'd have a glass of wine but they stopped drinking after they had kids.
"Holy shit, this tastes orgasmic." Roger said making Brian laugh. Roger fed Brian chocolate strawberries, lots of chocolate strawberries.
Brian put on a Beatles record and pulled Roger out of his chair once he was done eating, "Dance with me?" Brian asked, Roger nodded.
They danced slowly together in the middle of their living room, the beautiful music filling the whole room with noise. Brian looked out the window to see if it was dark enough. "I think we're ready to head out." Roger pulled away and kissed him softly, "Lets go." Roger said smiling up at Brian.
The stars were gorgeous out, they were bright and vibrant. They sat on the grass, Brian grabbed Roger's hand and kissed his knuckles. "We should name a star." Roger said, "Yeah? Which one?" Brian asked. Roger pointed towards a small star that was tinted yellow, "That one." "What will we call it?" Roger thought for a second, "Maylor." Brian laughed, "Maylor?" Roger nodded, "I like it." Brian said.
They laid there for hours, just them. No kids, no Freddie, no John. Just them. They felt each others rings on their skin, they wouldn't want to have it any other way.
