James P.O.V

My eyes were glued to the back of Ally as she walked away from me.

Every inch, every fibre of my body was screaming at me to go after her. To follow her and beg her to listen to me, to forgive me for being such a complete idiot!

A complete asshole!

As if in reflex I took a step forward and was about to actually run after her when I felt Jessie's hand grip my shoulder tightly keeping me in place "James dont go" she whispered in my ear.

Her breath so close to my neck made my skin crawl and I felt something that could only be defined as regret.

Fucking hell did I really just sleep with Jessie?

"Come on Jamie, you dont need her" she continued.

Her voice made me want to actually wince, holly shit I couldnt believe myself! I had actually slept with my best friends little sister!

Which I promised I would never do, which I promised I would stay away from, which I promised I would never even get one inch physically close to!

And now all of those promises had gone all the way down the toilet!

I looked back to see Ally walking away quickly, almost running, I could barely see her through the rain but she was leaving.

A couple of more seconds and she was gone from my view.

Gone.

Just like that! I wanted to snap out of it and go follow her and explain everything but Jessie kept a strong grip on me.

Regret washed all over me making me so angry I wanted to smash something!

I had jumped to conclusions last night! Idiot, idiot, idiot! Fucking prick, I knew Ally wasnt that type of girl! I had known that she wouldnt play me!

The idiot of Luke had lied to me! How could I let him lie to me? How could I let him fool me damn it! I clenched my teeth in anger, that asshole was such a lying little prick!

God I felt so stupid!

Why did I even let Jessie stay at my house again?

Right, because Im a stupid prick who jumped to conclusions!

I had ruined everything! Completely everything! And now I was going to have to pay the price, but first thing was first, I had something to do.

I whirled around and looked at Jessie sternly "You have to go" I told her turning to look out the door again, if I hurried maybe I could still catch up with Alice!

She raised an eyebrow looking amused "Go? Now?" she said.

I nodded "Yes Jessie please, you have to go" I tried to say calmly but I could feel the anger bubbling in me.

She crossed her arms "James seriously I don't know what that slut told you but-"

"She's not a slut!" I interrupted angrily.

"She's been sleeping around with you while she has a boyfriend James!" she said.

"I was wrong, she doesn't have a boyfriend. He...lied to me" I let out a deep breath.

"He lied to you? What if she's the one lying to you James?" she asked "Did you think about that?" she raised an eyebrow.

"Jessie please! Just get out of my apartment!" I snapped before her words could fog my brain like they had yesterday night.
