Chapter 15

Aria's pov
I sat on the couch for what seemed like forever but was just a minute. I groaned as I tried to get up and grab the remote for the tv. With no luck I finally called Sam in so that she could hand it to me. Once I had the remote I clicked the Netflix button and waited it for it to load. I was scrolling through the movies when I felt the couch dip a little. My gaze went to the place and I saw that most of the pups were in here. "Ok what do you wanna watch" I asked them. "Oh we should watch a scary movie" one piped up. "We are not watching a scary movie you wanna have nightmares." Corbin answered before I can say anything everyone thought for a minute and then nodded in agreement. "Ok so what do you wanna watch then." I asked well why don't we help Aria out to the field so we can watch the younger pups training." "Sounds like a good plan" I answered before anyone objected. "Sam go see if the coast is clear" I heard one say. She nodded and ran off a few minutes later she came bounding back in she gave us a thumbs up and we then proceeded to the door. As we carefully made our way to the field we made sure that the coast was clear before we headed any further. I told Sam to run up ahead so that she can be our look out. We finally made it to a hidden spot where we can watch the little pups train without being noticed. My eyes focused on how they were training them "their not doing so well seems like beta Ethan isn't doing so well with them." I said to the others. They all looked at me and slowly nodded in agreement out of nowhere one of them fell and landed on their face Sam burst out laughing which made us all laugh. All heads turned towards us including the little pup who fell stomped his way over to us and pushed us into the bushes knocking us down like dominos. "It's not nice to laugh at people" he yelled at us "I'm telling the alpha" he then ran away towards the house. "Oh crap guys we got to get Aria home before that kid gets to alpha Riley" Sam said urgently pushing me away and towards the back of the pack house. As we stepped in the back door we heard the kid talking to Riley "hurry up lay me on the couch and act normal." I said frantically trying to find the tv remote. "Ok come on Kaden why don't you show me where you saw them and I'll have a little chat with them." We heard Riley say they both walked in the room taking the short cut to the back door. We all held our breath as they walked past us. Kaden looked at all of us and tilted his head like he was trying to remember something. "Wait alpha it was them that laughed at me"he said pointing to us. "Is that so"Riley asked as he narrowed his eyes at us "yea I remember she laughed the hardest" he said pointing to Sam. "Oh come on it was funny" Sam burst out then looked terrified knowing she just gave us away. "Kaden go play with your friends until bedtime while I deal with these guys."He just nodded and ran off leaving us all alone."Do you guys ever listen to me anymore." "We're sorry" they all said at the same time but I stayed silent. He let out a big sigh and the motioned then to leave the room. I went to get up but he gave me the look. "Don't be made at them I wanted to go for a walk" I said quietly. You could have hurt yourself even more" he said "but I didn't" I shouted at him he stared at me for a second "go to your room" he ordered and walked away.
