"So... You lied to me?" Her voice shattered my heart. "YOU AND AMERICA BOTH LIED TO ME!? FOR TWO YEARS!?" I felt like crying. "Know what. Just GO AWAY. I can't even look at you..." And she ran off.
I saw their stares, I didn't care...
I take a deep breath in before knocking on her door. "Coming." I nearly shudder as I hear the lock click and the door open showing Canada's face. "Oh, hey...Come in..." I nod and step in. "Are you alright? Global Warming has hit many hard." Canada nodded and leaned on me tiredly. "Germany's here too."
I wrap my arm around Canada and walk with her to the study. Mexico and Egypt were running laps around their territories. Canada was warmer than usual and lightly panting, I only pretended like I didn't notice. But she knew I had.
"Hello Germany." The studious country looked up and nodded before helping me sit Canada down. I quickly grabbed my cold water from my bag and open it handing it to her. Canada tried to hold it but whimpered so I helped her drink. "Are you sure you're alright...?" I murmur to her, Germany sharing the same concern. "North... It's cold... But so.. so hot.." I sigh and pull her into my arms and seat her in my lap.
"...We're taking you to a meeting today." I hear her moan in protest but I only shush her and we get her to a stable form. "Let's go." Canada has a hood over her head as she walks with me. I grasp her hand and she squeezes it in return.
I flush and open the door for us once we arrive and lead Canada into the meeting. We instantly hear America's loud voice and Russia arguing back like a vicious animal. We sit Canada in between me and Germany with Ireland, Norway, Iceland, Mexico, and Egypt evenly on either side of the line.
"Settle down." UN speaks. "Silence." EU snaps at the exact same time. I feel Canada clench my hand as she looks up at the leader organizations. I murmur re-assurance to her and rub my thumb along her hand. "It's so cold..." She murmured back. I sigh and nod. "I know..." Arctica looked at Canada from across the room and beamed a knowing smile.
Once the meet ends we stand tall before Canada collapses into my arms. I hiss in worry and look at Arctica and Greenland in worry. They hop over the table and run to our side and help lift Canada. "To my home." I hear Arctica say. "To the springs." Canada moans in pain then we rush her to the mountains in my arms.
Once arriving, she was stripped from me before being quickly changed and rushed into a spring. I watch mildly cold and stomping in the snow as the two frozen countries slip Canada into the spring. I quickly jog forward and joined by Germany. "That collapse happened so quickly." I say to him. The German only hummed in response.
"Sorry... She'll be fine but we need to keep her in the spring until the warming evens out." I nod slowly as my leg starts to thump. "North K." I look up nervousness lining my veins. "You should probably call Ame and Russia."
