Chapter 5:

{The Room With White Walls}

I opened my eyes to a bright room. The walls were white and empty. I don't remember falling asleep here. I looked at my phone and saw I had 6 missed calls and 30 messeges from Hoseok. No messeges from my parents, what a surprise. I rolled my eyes and opened the messages.

Hoseok: Hey!!!

Hoseok: Are you busy?

Hoseok: I'm starting to get worried

Hoseok: (Y/n)?

Hoseok: Did I do something wrong?

-Skip past most of the messages-

Hoseok: It's been three days are you okay?

Hoseok: Why weren't you at school?

Hoseok: Answer me please

I sighed and decided to text him back.

Me: Sorry Hobi, something happened and I've been in the hospital..asleep

I ran a my hand through my hair and sat up, feeling an immediate pain in my stomach and side. I hissed and heard a knock at the door.

"Yes?" I answered and a tall man walked in.

"Ah, Miss (L/n) your awake!" He said, smiling at me. I nodded silently and he sat down in a chair next to me.

"What happened?" I asked curiously.

"Well your parents brought you here a couple days ago. They said when you came home from a walk you collapsed on the floor and coughed up blood. We did a scan and you have three broken ribs and if they didn't bring you here when they did one of the broken ribs could've punctured your lung." When he told me what happened I immediately remembered what happened. My parents beat me.

I felt tears in my eyes but held them back as my fists gripped the blankets tighter. "Do you know what happened, were you attacked by someone on your way home?" He asked. I simply shook my head. He sighed and stood up. "Miss (L/n) you're going to have to stay here for a couple weeks. We already went through surgery for you but to make sure your doing okay you'll have to stay here. I will be coming by every hour to see how your doing. Do you need anything?" He asked standing at the door.

"Pain relievers would be nice." I said, looking at my fist. He nodded and left. I felt hot tears hit my fists. "So they beat me so bad that I was put in the hospital." I gritted my teeth and wiped my cheeks. Suddenly a knock was heard at the door and a voice I didn't expect.
