Luna's POV I wake up to Zane jumping on me. “Hey, what are you doing?” I ask while grabbing him to kiss his cheeks. He giggles. “Tomorrow is my and Kayla's birthday!” he says happily. “Really!?” I say acting surprised and confused. “You forgot?” he says looking disappointed. “No no baby I'm sorry it was a joke” that adorable face of his made me feel bad. He still looks sad. “we can go to the park and get food?” his face is filled with excitement “with Kayla and Angel.” His face lights up even more and “yes please.”. “Ok you need to put clothes on and so do I” I say to him and take him to my mom.
“Good morning mamma” I say while kissing her cheek. “Hey sweetie” she says back. “We're going to the park with Kayla and Angel” I say to her. “Ok I'll get him ready” she says. “Ok I'mma go get dressed too” I say walking back to my room. I picked up my phone to text Angel.
Angel 💜✨ Me: Hey you and Kayla get ready we're going to the park and IHOP Angel....: I like how you just order me around but ok 🙄 Me: Love you too hoe 😘 Angel....: Bye
I put my phone down to shower. I do my business and get out. The warmth outside is slowly fading away due to the season of Fall so I put on a hoodie and some leggings.
I put on some light makeup because I'm gonna change later. I walk out of my room to see my dad in the hallway. “Hello Father” I say, hugging him. “Hey little devil” he says wrapping his arms around me and hugging me back. “Where are you going?” he asks. “I'm taking Zane and Kayla to the park with Angel and we are going to get some food” I say to him. “Ok be safe little devil” he says kissing my cheek and walking to his office. “Ok” I say back and walk to the kitchen.
I see Angel, Kayla, Zane and Momma. The kids are on the floor playing and Momma and Angel are talking. “Hey” I say, making myself known. “Lunaaaa!” Kayla and Zane run up to me and grab my legs. “Wassup little ones” I say back in a high-pitched voice hugging them back. “Are we ready?” I ask Angel. “Yep” she says popping the p. “Ok go to the car I'll be there in a minute” I say. “Ok” Angel says, grabbing the kids and walking out. “So, are you going shopping?” I ask my mom. “Yes” she says with your father. “Ok, we will be gone for a while then” I say. “Love you” I say walking out the door. I see everyone in the car. And I get on the driver's side and realize they all copied my outfit. “Hey why all of y'all wearing Nike?” I ask laughing. “I didn't know this is what you were wearing?”. Angel says shrugging her shoulders.
“Ok, so where y'all want to eat?” I ask. “IHop” Angel says. “Ok IHop it is” I say and turn on the Spongebob theme song. “Are you ready kids?” me and Angel say. “Aye aye, captain!” the kids say. “I can't hear you!” I yell. “aye aye captain!” they yell “Ohhhhh who lives in a pineapple under the sea?!” we all say together.
*time skip*
We are at IHop. I turn off the car and get out then go help Zane get out too. Angel doing the same for Kayla. We walk into IHop and we ask for a booth. We get one when the waiter comes up to us. “What can I get you today?” they ask. “Hi um yes can I get the kids a meal of bacon and sausage scrambled eggs, pancakes and hash browns and orange juice? And I'll take the chicken and waffles and she’ll have the same as the kids but adult and water.”
