Charlotte's POV
Monday, April 20
"Joshuaaaaa!" I yelled.
Joshua came down from his room.
"What now?!" He said.
"Make me some popcorn please!"
"Oh my goodness gracious! You are hella 18 years old!! Get a life bruh!"
"And that explains it. You're 12 and I'm 18. I'm the boss." I boasted.
"I'm the boss!" Dad said. Wait- DAD?!
"Dad!!" Joshua and I hugged him. We missed him so much. He worked in L.A. for 3 years.
Well, mom....... my mom is.... my mom is dead. She died from cancer when I was 10 years old and Joshua was 4 years old.
I miss my mom. We miss mom.
"Look at you Lottie! You are such a beautiful lady! You've grown up!" He said.
"Dad! You just left when I was 15... how could you notice that??" I said giggling.
"And look at you CJ! Yo-" Dad said,unfinished.
"DAD. Please.stop.calling.me.CJ." Joshua said,annoyed. Dad used to call him CJ. It stands for his name, Carl Joshua. His name is sooo odd. Not like mine, very unique... hahaha. My full name is Charlotte Anne Briggs.
"Okay. Okay. But let me finish my sentence. You look like a young man! You grew tall!"
"Geez" Joshua said.
"What's up, Lottie?" Dad said.
"Will you stop being annoying dad? And what's up? I was about to watch a movie and I'm going to L.A. next week."
"What?! You're leaving for L.A.?! How about us??"
"I will leave you two here in Australia first then you can come after me. I'm going to find a work or something. Dad, you'll work on L.A. again, right? So we can live there... if you'd like."
"We will.. maybe." Dad said.
"Okay."
Joshua and Dad talked about some 'boy stuff' while I was walking to my room.
My room is still filled with mine and Luke's pictures together.
I miss him.
We never communicated since he left when I was 13 and he was nearly 14. I miss my bestfriend. I hope he remember me. My plan in going to L.A. is my chance on seeing him. I hope this works well.
I decided to just go to the mall. Okay call me crazy for going upstairs then do nothing and go back down.
"You boys, I'm going to the mall." I said.
"What will you do there?" They said in unison.
"I don't know. Maybe I'll just shop for some clothes for L.A."
"Mkay." Joshua said.
I left. I just walked to the mall because it's just a few blocks away from our house.
I arrived at the mall and directly searched for clothes.
After some time of searching, I found some outfits. I fitted them in the fitting room and they just fit me perfectly! I bought those. There, I bought a tank top with a denim shorts. Next was a cute sweater that has a kangaroo in it. I love it. I also got jeans and some more sweaters and tees. I also bought boots,sandals and flip-flops.
After I bought those, I went to McDonalds and bought a cheese burger and Fanta. After those, I went back to the house! What a day...

Sooo, I decided that Maia Mitchell will play the role of Charlotte. I know Maia is like 21 and Luke is 18 so... just imagine they were like in the same age. :P
