Summary of the program.
YG created the program to decide on who will carry the name 'WINNER'. The boygroup that will follow Bigbang after 8 long years, with the hopes of being YG's next generation of artist.
Monthly evaluation: YG's system on evaluating the trainee's progress and improvements.
Surprised evaluation with Yang Hyunsuk CEO, where he announced the program 'WIN' where TeamA and TeamB will battle.
Pre-match were shown with the introduction of members.
The first official battle stage is with the help of mentors Taeyang for TeamA and Gdragon for TeamB. With each team performing their mentors' songs.
TeamB was able to get the victory from the judges (2ne1&Bigbang) but TeamA won the first battle from the public's vote.
The second battle includes three rounds... Singing, dancing and self-composed song.
TeamB performed WINNIN' as their self-composed song.
Again, TeamA won the 2nd round through the viewer's vote.
The last and Final Battle against two teams will determine the end result. With each team performing their own version of 'Just Another Boy', their dance, and another self-composed song.
'CLIMAX' is TeamB's last stage which moved everyone into tears. Climax is about their struggles through the whole journey and how close they are into debuting.
TeamA claimed the title 'WINNER' leaving TeamB in wonder on what their future will be.
As announced by YG the loosing team will either be disbanded or will be subject to member changed and debut is uncertain.
