Meeting Kankuro and Temari

I went out to buy us a drink, I walked around in the building, hoping to find a drink machine.

After 5 mins of looking I found one, I was glad I found it this far because otherwise I would get lost in this big building and would never find my way back to Gaara's office.

I purchased two cans of (f/drink) and headed back to Gaara's office.
When I got back I entered without knocking-without realizing it, and I saw a guy talking to Gaara inside.

" Woah sorry I should've knocked, I'm sorry about that." I said.
The guy turned over to see who am I. I was able to recognize him when I saw him, it was the guy I saw with Gaara at the chunin exams.

" No it's okay, really. (f/n) this is Kankuro, my older brother. Kankuro this is (f/n), she's my friend, we met her at the chunin exams, remember?" Gaara said.

" Ooh yes I do. Hello (f/n), nice to see you again" he said offering his hand for me to shake along with a smile on his face. I accepted and shacked his hand smiling at him back.

( A/n: We didn't get a chance to become friends back then because my team found me and we left before they woke up ).

Gaara explained that I'm moving to the sand and that I'm staying over, with them. When he was done I added: "Sorry to be burden, I promise as soon as I find a job I'll move out and be on my own." (Having the face in the picture up ^-^)

Gaara glared at me in a way for me to not feel like this.
" Naah we'd love to have you, and you can stay as long as you want we wouldn't mind really." Kankuro said.
" Please don't feel that way, you're very welcomed to stay with us." He added to cheer me up.
" See I told you they'd love you." Gaara said smiling at me.

" Thank you.. I really appreciate it" I said still blushing. I realized I still have the cans in my hands, I offered Kankuro one and gave the other to Gaara.

" No thank you, you only have two, and I know one of them is yours and the other is for Gaara, don't worry about it I'll have you buy one for me on our way out." He said joking and winked at me.
" Don't force yourself on her." Gaara said and glared at him.

" Dude chill I'm just kidding " Kankuro laughed nervously.
" No haha it's fine it would be a pleasure, besides I owe you so I don't mind really." I said.
" No don't think like that, but if you insist I won't say no" Kankuro said smiling at me.
" Alright then let's go " I said smiling back.

" Please come back here when you're done unpacking if you want, I would appreciate it if you came and kept me company for the rest of the day.. It gets boring here easily." Gaara said before me and Kankuro were about to leave.

" Oh sure I think I might be free." Kankuro said sarcastically with a grin on his face.
Gaara face palmed himself and was about to say something but Kankuro was faster

" Hah don't get mad I'm just messing with ya." I just stood there and I realized he said that to me.
" Oh haha yes why not? I would like that actually." I said then continued
" Why wouldn't you come along too, Kankuro?"
" Nah sweety I was just kidding I'm gonna be busy later so I can't." he said winking at Gaara.

A blush appeared on my face for seeing him wink at Gaara, I understood that he wanted to leave us alone, which is what Gaara wanted too.

We went on our way home, he helped me carry some of my bags and said
" Damn did you carry those on your own all the way from the leaf "
" Haha yeah I had no choice " I replied, then we went out.

I bought him a can of the same drink.
" Here you go, I hope you like this drink." I said offering him the can, he took it and said back
" Thank you, it's actually my favorite drink." smiling.
" Mine too!" I said smiling back.

And we went on our way to the house.
It was around 2pm when we got there. We entered the house.
" Temari I'm home " Kankuro said while entering.
" Is she your sister? " I whispered to him.
" Yes " he answered.
" Come on in I'll introduce you to her. " He said and signaled for me to follow him, and I did.

We walked over to the living room, where she was, we put the bags aside.
" Who's this cutie with you?" Asked Temari.

" My name's (f/n) (l/n), I'm from the leaf, but I just moved here, and I'll be staying with you for now.. I hope that's ok." I said a little more confident than before for hearing what Kankuro and Gaara said to me before.

" Haha aww you're so cute. Of course it's ok, you know it's no fun living with 2 brothers, being a girl by myself it's so boring. I'm sure we will be best friends very soon " She said back smiling excitedly.

I blushed a bit and smiled in a relief and said "Thank you, I would love that."
" Alright cool, I bet you guys will love each other. Now come on (f/n), let me show you around and your room so you can unpack your bags and stuff." he said.

" Okay, right behind ya" I said then smiled at Temari and she smiled back and went after Kankuro.

Ps, sorry if this is going a bit slow for you, maybe next part would have some action ;) but I won't go into deep details 😅 and that will be out tomorrow so stick around. I've noticed a lot of reads on the first part, they were probably were disappointed because it was a bit too short and incomplete so I'm trying to finish it as soon as possible.
