pov ; THIRD PERSON'S

A life, where you have everything, and nothing at the same time, is probably the life Bakugo thinks he have. Their family doesn't have much problem, unlike Uraraka's, the only problem is that Bakugo has never felt like he had a family, his whole life. Since he was young, he never had a memory where he was with his parents, and they were the ones, he was with. He was raised and taken care of by the maids in their house, but now that he's already a teenager, he moved to an apartment, he lived alone, with a certain fairy that appeared that night.

"Oooh, it's a boy this time." were the girl's first words, while Bakugo was busy reading books, that he didn't know himself, why he was reading. The voice came above him, he didn't really care if there was a ghost or an unknown being with him, as long as he can have someone with him, since the reason why he probably was reading these books, is for him to feel less alone.

With dead, dark red eyes, he looked up, and met a pair of yellow irises, with cat-like black slit, pupils. She was floating. Bakugo squinted his eyes at this, he wasn't really expecting an unknown being to appear, he thought that it was a robber or a thief that had somehow, found a way to enter their overly high-secured house.

"Am Toga, Himiko Toga, a fairy!"  she had started to float down a bit more, and Bakugo just followed her with his eyes, "I haven't tried any drugs yet, but I'm already hallucinating this much." he mutters to himself, as he saw the girl lightly tilt her head to hear him better.

She then started to make this hmm sound that Bakugo ignored, as he massaged his forehead.

Before he knew it, he had his hand taken from him, and he felt his hand hold something cold and soft, he looked up with wide eyes and saw that he was now cupping her cheek, and she was looking at him silently, as if waiting for him to understand the situation.

"I ain't no hallucination, am real."  the girl said once again, she looked kind of upset and Bakugo just remained silent, until he started to understand what she said, "A fairy? Don't mess with me, woman, such beings are nothing but fragments of imagination." he says harshly, glaring at the said being, this, is one of the reasons why he doesn't have much friends either, he tends to speak rather harshly and in a disrespectful manner, he had tried to fix this attitude a few times, but always seem to fail.

The girl just stared at him, as if trying to see what he'll do and say next.

"Anyway, whatever it is, that you were in need of doing, you needn't do it anymore." he, more or less had calmed himself down, he was about to stand up and push the girl out, either his window or door, when her stomach growled.

With scrunched eyebrows, Bakugo stared at the girl who just held her stomach and giggled, not looking ashamed at all, "Oopsies."

"My hallucination is literally gulping the cake down her throat, this is some great discovery," Toga just looked at him with a seriously? look, as she took another bite of the chocolate cake, Bakugo had given her, crumbs all over her face.

"Funny tho, I thought magical beings are those type that can survive with or without food." Toga just looked at Bakugo, as she swallowed another spoonful of cake, "True, fairies, especially, the wingless ones, doesn't really need to eat, but since I have been feeding myself like a normal person these years, my body had been like a human's, in need of food and drink, tho I probably wouldn't die if I don't eat, and just ignore my body's pleads." after that long ass speech she took another bite and looked at Bakugo, as if telling him to ask more questions, before she lose the will to answer.

"Wingless?"  He asks and Toga nods, before drinking water to force what she was chewing, down her throat, "A wingless fairy, that's what I am." Bakugo then, placed a hand on his leg, propping his chin there, before looking at her again, "You said, 'fairies, especially the wingless ones', does that mean, there's ones with wings?"  Toga just looked up before shrugging, "Maybe, not really sure myself." for some reason, Bakugo decided to leave the topic alone, since he was sure that if he pry even more, she would just do her best and avoid answering directly, which right now, would be just a waste of time.

"If you're not just a hallucination, my tired, starved and messed up self made, then does that mean that you really are a fairy?" He mentions, looking directly at her, who just sighed, "That's what I've been saying, since earlier,"

"Then, why are you here?" He asks, watching Toga gulp her third cup of juice down, he sounded curious and Toga found that another interesting reaction, he doesn't know, himself?

"Dunno, was just told that I need a contractor that would be willing to feed me, and that contractor is you!" Oh, just how good is she at making stuff up?

Bakugo just looked at her again, "Contractor?"

"If you become my contractor, I can help you with some things!, with magic! But you have to feed me!" As outrageous and unbelievable, what the girl was saying, Bakugo sat there, taking what she had said into consideration.

He didn't really find it that much of a big deal, he just have to feed her, and she's willing to help her with some things...will she be willing to stay with him? Someone with such a short fuse and unpredictable mood swings?

"Then, will you be willing to stay with me?"  Toga blinked twice and thrice, after all that intense staring at the floor, that's all he asks for? "Stay with you? Like be your friend?" She asks, and Bakugo nods immediately, and with just that simple act, Toga remembers why she was sent here right after her last mission.

"Ooooh, that's nice, I guess my food problem has been solved then?"

Bakugo then started to fix the dishes she had used, after standing up, holding the plate and cup in hand, he was about to huff and complain about the mess she made, but couldn't, since his lips had been sealed, by someone else's  lips.

It was quick, just a simple peck, but Bakugo swore that he probably would never be able to forget how soft her lips were.

With an annoyed look, he faced the girl, who just laughed, "Now, the contract is seaaaaled!" she started twirling everywhere around his room, and all Bakugo did was stare at her do so.

"Ah, you haven't told me your name yet!" She suddenly stopped twirling around and pointed at him, like he committed some crime.

"Katsuki, Bakugo Katsuki." he answered and in an instant, Toga was infront of him.

"Nice to meet you! Katsuki!"  Since she suddenly held both his hands, all the things he was holding fell down the ground, breaking as it did.

But as if that didn't happen, Bakugo couldn't help but just stare at the girl smiling before him.

He didn't know why he felt like he needed her, but he was sure, that since she came in his life, he never felt alone again.

• Bakugo doesn't know he's depressed, and Toga didn't say anything about it, kinda sad, since—okay I won't spoil.

• Damn, I swear if this book reaches 100 votes, Imma flip.
