Pablo

I'd called the cops, they came quick and dragged Noah out of Luciana's room kicking and screaming. He'd called her several names that made me itch for my knife, but I knew better than to do shit like that in front of the cops.

"She's a fucking whore, she deserves what she got!" I heard Noah yell before someone closed the front door harshly. Jason came up the stairs and stood in the hallway just outside of Luciana's room. He gave me a thumbs up and a questioning face, but I only looked down and entered her room quietly. The female police officer had just left the room, her face was solemn and she looked away.

"She's very upset and distraught, let her calm down before interacting with her. Help her into a warm bath or shower if she is comfortable with it." The woman advised. I nodded and walked into the room as she softly nodded then left. Luciana was still curled up by the foot of her bed, she was shaking and I could heard the muffled crying.

"Luci, it's me. Noah's gone." I whispered, cautiously approaching her shaking figure. I grabbed a blanket off the bed and moved to wrap it around her partially, but as she felt me approach she freaked and jumped up, her eyes were glazed over and she covered herself with her arms.

"Stay away, pl..please don't touch me!" She cried out, I set the blanket down and held up my hands, backing away slowly. She grabbed the blanket and wrapped herself in it, holding it tightly to her body, her face relaxed and her eyes came into focus. She looked at me before bringing up a hand to cover her face as she let out a soul crushing sob.

"E...everything h-hurts." She cried, falling to her knees. I moved to catch her and as I held her i felt her body tense up, and she leaned away slightly. I stood up and guided her to the bathroom in her room. She was crying and shaking all the way, and when I got to the shower I opened the shower curtain I looked away as she hesitantly took off the blanket then hurriedly shut the curtain.

"I'll be outside if you need anything. Just call for me." I said as I left. She didn't respond, only turned on the water. I heard the door click softly as I left the bathroom. Jason was standing in the room now, amidst the chaos and mess. The covers on her bed were falling off the bed, the pillows were on the floor, her dresser had things knocked off, and clothes from her closet were thrown about.

"Help me out." I said after observing her room. I made Luci's bed and picked up the fallen brushes and makeup that had fallen off her dresser, and picked up the mirror that had fallen over. Then Jason and I folded and hung up the clothes that were thrown all around the room. I heard the shower turn off then.

"I-Is there anyone in my room?" I heard Luci call, her voice shaking heavily.

"Jason and I are going to leave. I'll be right outside if you need it." I responded, following Jason out. The door shut, and a few moments later I heard the bathroom door squeak open, then the click as she shut it.

"I'm going to get some food for us. Let me know what y'all want to eat." Jason said as he stood at the head of the stairs.

"Okay, man. Thank you." I said, giving him a bro hug. He jogged down the stairs and out of the door, his keys jingling in his hand as he left.

"P..Pablo.?" I heard her hesitant voice call.

"Yes, Luciana?" I answered through the door.

"I... can you get my stuffed animals please...?" She whispered. I nodded, then gave her a soft 'yeah' and walked down the stairs to her car. I opened the door to her car and grabbed the two boxes that held her animals. I jogged up the steps and when I got to her door it was cracked open.

"Hey, LuLu." I said, opening the door a little wider than before. She was in the bathroom, and throwing up. I set the boxes on her bed and rushed in. I held her hair back, but other wise kept as much distance as possible.
