Currently he's reading about a report about few days ago, it was about a mysterious armour person who not only save their T-doll but destroy a Manticore with just a punch and also kill one of Sangvis Ferri ringleader easily.

One of the T-doll was able to take the picture after the destruction of the ringleader, Gager. Before the person disappear.
Well at least he knows that person was not allied with Sangvis Ferri that's for sure
From what he can tell, it's not a some new type T-Doll since this person did use any gun or any weapon just plain CQC which brings in the next question...
