"So, you're telling me," Jennie started facing Lisa completely, "You graduated Summa Cum Laude in NYU, got accepted to NYU Med School and then quit because you got cheated on?" Jennie stated more like a question. Lisa leaned back, resting her arms against the bench.

"Yes" The doe-eyed woman replied, her mouth pursed in a one-sided smile. The taller woman knows how bad that sounds. Some people say it was pitiful, some say it was brave, others just call it downright pathetic. She could not careless about what the feline-eyed woman thinks. People thinks the same way anyway. She was caught of guard when the shorter woman hugged her from her side. Resting her head on the Thai woman's shoulder, this made Lisa smile. She did not expect that reaction. Maybe this South Korean born woman is different from those people, maybe Jennie will not call her pathetic, but rather understand how bad that situation was and feel for Lisa.

"I hope you will not experience a situation like that again, Lisa. That's just... painful." Jennie stated as she gently pulls away from Lisa.

The taller woman breathes in the cold New York breeze.

"I hope so too, Jennie." Lisa said, hiding the agony she feels.

"But, after that situation, did you call her?" Jennie asked carefully not wanting Lisa to be upset nor mad.

"No, I didn't." the doe-eyed woman replied simply.

"Why?" Jennie pushed.

"Because I don't want to."

"Why?"

Lisa looked at Jennie, a little frustrated but not annoyed.

"Okay fine, I think I hate her that much, until Bambam told me she's going to get married." Lisa said raising her brows as if asking Jennie if she was satisfied with the answer, but the feline-eyed woman seems to want more details. Lisa sighed.

"When I heard she was going to get married. I lost it, I ditched my job in Thailand, packed my bag, grabbed my guitar-"

"What's with the guitar?" Jennie asked, because no one travels abroad with a guitar unless you will use it.

"Oh. Umm...." Lisa put a hand behind her neck and bit her lip. Jennie pursed her lips; she could not help but admit how cute Lisa is right now.

"Prior to the wedding news, I got an invitation to audition at this Recording Company based here in New York." Lisa said as she shuffled through the pocket of her guitar, when she found the card, she handed it to Jennie.

Sony Music Entertainment.

"You mean, you were offered a record deal?" Jennie gasped. To say she was impressed, is an understatement. Aside from Lisa's Einstein-like brain, the woman also has the talent that could land her a record deal sooner or later. That is just magnificent!

"No, I was just, invited to audition." Lisa stated like it was no big deal.

"It is still the same, Lisa. They will have you audition, if they like you, they will sign you. So, basically, I am talking to a future superstar." Jennie gushed. Forgetting the topic about Chaeyoung and now focusing on Lisa's future stardom.

"But I am not really planning to." Lisa said.

"What?" Jennie said one key higher than her normal voice and Lisa almost burst out laughing.

"I told you, I only came back here in New York because Chaeyoung was getting married."

"When is the audition?" Jennie asked seriously.

"Tomorrow, at 8 am." Jennie slapped Lisa arm.

"You should be resting, Lisa." Jennie said, voice still one key higher than her normal voice.
