The Blonde Girl

Catra yawned as she enters the coffee shop she works in, she went to the back and put on her apron and name tag. She then headed to the front and changed the close sign to open and headed behind the cash register while her companion Scorpia was mopping the place clean. Yep, this was her usual routine at work, but what was even more usual was when the clock hits 10am the door opens and a blonde girl walks in with a bunch of her friends to get a cup of coffee...

Catra's POV

The blonde girl walked in with a bunch of her friends, her friends took a seat at their usual table and she walked over towards me and placed her friends orders "and I'll have a" she started although I already knew what she was going to say a tall cappuccino with extra cream "a tall cappuccino with extra cream" she finished and smiled at me. I repeated their orders, she paid, and placed a tip in the tip box like she always does and she headed back to her table with her friends. This is the daily routine that happened everyday.

The next day... 

Catra's POV 

The same thing happened again, I entered the coffee shop, put on my apron and name tag, turned the closed sign to open, and went behind the cashier. Time flew past quickly it was now 10am I was expecting to see the blonde girl again with her friends but no one entered... 'maybe she got busy' I thought to myself. 30 minutes passed and still no sign of her. Minutes turned to hours and hours turned to days. I hate to admit it but I got really worried, did something happen to her? why am I even worried it's not like I'm her friend or I know her... 

I was closing up one day when the door opened "Sorry we're clo-" I started to say but I froze when I saw who it was, it was her, the blonde girl. "I'm sorry I'll go-" she started but I cut her off "wait!" I called out and she stopped and turned back at me, there was a moment of silence, we just stared at each other... then I spoke "a tall cappuccino with extra cream right?" She smiled "yes please". She sat down at a table and I brewed her coffee and brought it to her table as I started walking back to the cashier she spoke "Catra right?" I looked back at her and smiled "yes that's me" she smiled back "I'm Adora".
