THIRD PERSON'S POV

It has been two weeks, Chaeyoung was finally released but her movements are still in control; minimal actions, the couple spent the time laying in bed, cuddling as Chaeyoung lays on the soft, bouncy, and cottony king-sized bed of theirs, doing nothing but staring at the ceiling, oh and stealing kisses too.

The date of the trial was moved today considering Chaeyoung needed more time to heal her wounds and as much as Mina wants her fianceé to stay in bed, they were needed for the trial to happen, especially Chaeyoung since she will testify against the man who not only crushed her dignity but made her feel like trash.

But before they scheduled a trial, Chaeyoung was asked by the police and some FBI Agents with the consent of her lawyers regarding the crime Yugyeom committed and she answered them honestly, she felt confident having Mina by her side.

"Are you ready for the trial, babe?" Mina asks as she straightens her tie, looking at her reflection in the mirror, the actress is dressed in a white polo shirt, paired with a black suit and tie as she decides to wear a matching skirt with it with red heels as well, her blonde hair pulled up into a ponytail, looking like a lawyer instead of an actress.

"Do I look like I'm ready?" Chaeyoung did not mean it to sound rude but she is still wearing pajamas, hair disheveled, scattered through the big white pillows, hands on her chest, clasp together. Deep inside, she still feels nervous seeing Yugyeom if the man is still alive.

If he's dead, no trial will happen today but if he is still alive, which is both a miracle and a nightmare, then the trial will happen. She knew if he is still alive, he will use his so-called talent to trick the judge into making him innocent that is why the composer prepares on what she will tell the court.

The composer feels another weight on the bed, opening her eyes as she meets up with those beautiful brown eyes that always make her feel butterflies in her stomach. "If you don't want to, we can always move the schedule, " the actress says, tucking in a strand of hair behind her ear as she pecks the latter's lips.

Chaeyoung sits up carefully before wrapping her arms around her fianceé's petite waist, grabbing her closer as she presses her lips firmly to Mina, "I'll get ready now, I want to see that disgusting man in jail, " She says after she pulls back, standing up as she walks towards her closet.

Mina couldn't help but smile at the latter's determination and bravery, shaking her head, she helps her fianceé change her clothes. After changing, the two left their bedroom, walking down the set of stairs with Mina holding the composer, afraid that she might hurt herself once again.

The pieces of evidence were already sent to their lawyer, Mina will subpoena for Chaeyoung considering she, most of the time knew what Chaeyoung had dealt with. She is willing to help her fianceé just to give the justice she deserves but not only for her, for every girl that disgusting man harassed.

They recently found out, after their lawyer shared a piece of information to them that Chaeyoung wasn't the only one who he harassed. One girl will also testify against Yugyeom but they hid her pretty good so the psychopath wouldn't expect and kill her. You know, just like what happens to books and movies, the main character testifies against the suspect with another one but the suspect contacts his friends to kill their only witness and the trial goes to chaos.
