"Are we there yet?"
"No..."
"Are we there now?"
"No..."
"How about now?"
"Do I have to cut your head off to get you to shut up?"
"Hey, that's not necessarily going to kill me. You can try it though. I'm sure I'd like it."
"You're disgusting."
"I know you are, but what am I?"
"Did I stutter?"
"... No..."
"That's what I thought, now shut the fuck up."
"For someone who's so much younger than me, you sure are scary..."
"What was that?"
"Nothing! Nothing! Ignore me."
"I'm trying, but your mouth keeps moving like a duck's ass."
"Sorry... I'll be quite..."
Sweet silence finally filled the air between Matthieu and Allen as they hastily walked through the now darkened forest. Night had fallen upon them quickly, casting an eerie feel to the surrounding area. Flavio, despite the untimely demise of his so called "best model", letting his models out to feed again did nothing to help with Allen's already awful anxiety. He may have seemed like a rough and tough guy at first glance with his well sculpted physique and confident demeanor, but deep down he was a caring, down to earth individual with horrible anxiety. Every little noise, from the chirp of the crickets to the hoot of an owl nesting in a tree, made him terribly paranoid at this point in the small group's travels.
Kuma suddenly halted, stopping dead in his tracks for the second time that evening. His nose turned up into the air, head moving back and forth while he sniffed, scanning the night breeze. Matt's stride broke beside the bear, knowing something was indeed wrong. Turning his own nose skyward, he gave the air a gentle sniff himself. The strong, heavy scent of overly perfumed women invaded his nostrils, causing him to scrunch up his nose as he felt it burn. Al tensed as he caught a whiff of the artificial fragrances mingling in a not so pleasant way. He pulled his shirt up over his nose and sidled up beside his brother, who in turn pushed him away slightly.
"Would now be a good time to start running?" Al asked in a whispered tone, stepping closer once more to the tall, muscular blond.
Matt nodded with a grunt, the forest returning to silence. With the reflexes and agility of that liken to a cat's, Al took off. A scream was ripped from his throat not too far away from where he started as a pale, skinny woman of medium stature stepped out from the shadows and in front of him. Her teal colored irises almost glowed in the moonlit night, long brown hair swaying in the gentle breeze. Allen nearly fell but managed to catch himself before his ass could make contact with the ground. He spun to face the opposite direction, body still low to the forest's floor, and took off once back on his feet to hide behind Matt's larger build. The blond's eyes rolled at his brother's antics, but he didn't blame him for being so terrified of the woman before him.
"Evening, Misty," Matt said dully, tone dripping with boredom and disinterest.
"Good evening, Matthieu. Allen~," the woman, now identified as Misty, replied, giving a flirtatious wave in the direction of the American bad boy of the castle despite him not being able to see her.
