Chapter 4

Linda's pov

I don't believe this. I just talked back to Ryan Anderson. The storm prolly came from him but I don't care. It's not like he cares anyway.

I was on my way to the cafeteria when I see my loving brother kissing Carey. I'm so pissed right now. " I wish there was water above you." I say out loud. in less than 2 seconds they were wet. I smirk and walk away.

I go to the nurses office and ask her to allow me to go home. At first she seemed suspicious but I just told her I felt a little sick so she called my mom. My mom came and took me home. She told me she couldn't stay so I was home alone and I was thrilled cause I needed some alone time. I just wore a sweater that stopped on my thighs and blasted music whilst making myself food. Food is my favourite thing in the world. It's here when I need it. I sat down eating and listening to music when I heard a knock. I thought it was one of my brothers so I opened. Try and guess who was at the door. Ryan fucking Anderson.

Ryan's pov

I decide to go to her house to apologize. When I got there I hear one of my favourite songs ( mockingbird by Eminem)
~ she has taste. and she's beaut...
- okay Ryan's mind you can stop talking now

I knock and she opens the door. She looks  super surprised. I guess she didn't expect me of all people to be knocking on her door. I don't even know why I care so fucking much. Just a week ago I was the bad boy. Hump and dump was my game. Man I've broken so many hearts and couldn't care less. I think I might be going crazy.

" uhmm hi?" She says snapping me out of my thoughts. " hii." Then my eyes drift to her body. She's only wear a sweater that stops at her thighs. Damn her legs are so fucking amazing. " Eyes up here big boy." she chuckles. Her laugh is so melodic I could listen to it all day. She's so damn beautiful." do you need anything? and didn't I tell you to leave me alone?" she asks raising her eyebrow. " yeah you did but I came to apologize..." " I told you not to apolo..." " would you please fucking listen." I say frustrated. She seems taken back but that seems to shut her up. " you're right. I should've said something. and I'm sorry I didn't. I'm a jerk and you prolly hate me but I'm really sorry." She doesn't say anything and just looks at me. My heart sinks. Yup she prolly hates me now so I think I should just go. When I turn to go she speaks." You are a jerk..." I turn around and laugh at that. She also laughs. I think I'm addicted to her laugh. " but I don't hate you." She says smiling. I smile at her. " You wanna come in?" "yeah sure."

Linda's pov

OH MY GUCCI!!!! Ryan Anderson is in my house!!! I'm not the melting type so you can see we have a problem here. " uhmm you want some juice or something?" I ask.

" uhmm yeah sure." he sits there quietly while I get him some juice. To say I'm excited is an understatement. it's not everyday your crush comes knocking at your door apologizing. We spend like 30 minutes arguing about movies. " horror is thee best." I say loudly. " you're messed up dude" he chuckles. "I've heard."

" you're adorable." he says out of the blue. I didn't know if he was serious or not but what I do know is that now I'm blushing like crazy. He starts laughing. " Now I know how to get to you sweetie."

" whatever dude" I say laughing too. " I heard it's your birthday tomorrow?" he says in an asking manner.

" uhmm yeah it is. I'm turning 16. Powers boosting and bluh bluh bluh." I say. " we share a birthday." he says. I was beyond surprised by that.

- not now brain.

" I'll remember that." I say honestly. " well I gotta head out. I'll see you tomorrow i guess" he says. I'm kinda bummed to be honest. I hug him and he seems surprised but he quickly recovers and hugs me back.
~best hug ever.
- I know right.
