Poofless: The Mob And The Human

Insane....

I smiled at them both when I remembered how I left Rob, I tried getting to my feet but collapsed under the weight of my wings and smacked my head onto the floor with a crack causing Jerome and Mitch to flinch.

I tried getting up and the world swam around me while I felt something trickle down my head and black liquid splash onto the floor withering the life source in the ground away sizzling.

I stared at my ....What was it called? Blood? Yeah that's it....I watched as my blood splashed onto the ground and withered all the life of the ground away in a small circle.

"Umm.....Please don't touch me right now...." I mumbled the world dancing around my eyes spinning faster and faster.

"No warning needed Preston....Preston? Gee are you ok Preston? PRESTON!?!?!?" Mitch panicked but I felt my eyes closing and felt the ground rush up to ctch my body.

I lay on the ground and everything was swimming and dancing in front of me while Mitch and Jerome's voices echoed across my ears.

I snapped my eyes open when I heard one more voice that I knew too well calling my name......Rob.......I bolted up the world shaking in my eyes.

I ran around in a panic searching for Rob around the area and lunged onto a tree outstretching my claws and gripping a branch climbing onto it.

Mitch and Jerome were looking for me and screaming for me to come back and I would...Just not right now, right now I had to find Rob.

I looked at my wings curiuously and unfolded them realizing how big they actually were, each one was three meters long when they were unfolded and was a half a meter when folded.

I fell off the tree and flapped my wings afraid to fall when my wings pulled me higher into the air. I smiled in achievement of what I just did.

Learning to fly in only a matter of seconds, awesome achievement for and awesome Pearston! I panicked again remembering Rob was nowhere to be found.

WHAT IF I KILLED HIM AND DIDN'T REMEMBER!??!?! I started to cry when I saw a glimpse of a blue hoodie and boy my age walking around in the open fields.

I glided down silently and gracefully landed next to the weird white and brown creature that said moo that I had met earlier.

"Shhhh..." I hissed at the creature and it stopped mooing causing Rob to look around in confusement. This was definitely Rob but something looked different...

His hair was the same and so was his appearance but I seemed more...drawn to him than I did before.....It was weird....

I flinched as my head sealed shut causing a crack to sound throughout the area and I whimpered at it causing Rob to whip around and stare straight at me.

I walked towards him cautiously circling him then ran and went to give him the warm tackle thing Mitch and Jerome gave me earlier but he didn't warm tackle me back...

He struggled under my grip when I realized something....He was afraid of me again.....I got off of him and he stood up brushing off the dust on his dirt stained pants.

"What are you?" He asked me and I sulked sitting down wrapping my tail around me. How do I speak human? Does it come naturally?

"SSsssnaaauughhh lessaniye.....hassarrrraaaaa" I hissed to him in Nether Tongue but he just looked at me confused, guess it won't hurt to try...

I cleared my throat and began to talk hopefully in english I couldn't tell...

"Rob cool it it's only me come on, we just cuddled with each other like.....An hour to two hours ago?" I said rolling my eyes jokingy and his eyes widened.

"How do you know my name?" Rob asked me cautiously looking doubtful.

"Because one, you took me in two weeks ago and like I told you, I would mature in two weeks and I did so here I am a fully grown demon that you named!!! YAAAAYYY!!!" I cheered jumping into the sky doing a backflip.

"Wait!!! PRESTON!?!?!?!" Rob gasped connecting all the dots.

"So that's why you were getting ready! I thought you were going insane!!" Rob squealed throwing his hands up into the air.

"I am not insane I am just unique!" I hissed at him my eyes glowing red but I calmed down, I hated that word...Insane...Bleurgh...
